I love both Epcot and DHS. Even with all the closures, I'd go with DHS because of the food and wine festival at Epcot. Been there, done that, have the scars. 
I swore I'd never go to Epcot again during the food and wine festival, especially at night. Too crowded, too many obnoxious people for my enjoyment. But that's just me.
