I took several videos of the MSEP and Wishes last year and had the same problem where the lens fogged up halfway through because of the humidity. It wasn't major and in the MSEP it actually made the lights on the floats more prominent like a star filter.

But I'm sure I'm not the only one that's run into this problem!

Aside from wiping the lens off during the videoing is there anyway to prevent that? (I had kept the camera out of the bag so I don't think it was a temperature shift between the two that caused it but I did have the lens cap on...)

I'd just be sure to take the cap off and leave the glass exposed to the air for a good period before you actually are going to use it. (Could take a good 10-20 minutes).
