Leftover Points

Hello,

We purchased a resale contract that had 38 points that expire 8/31/23. I was able to rent out 36 points this summer and now there are 2 left over. We will not be going back until next year. Since one time points cost $22/point, should I just let the 2 points go? Doesnt seem worth trying to book a night and rent it out.

I'd let them go if they were mine. All you can do is borrow or buy enough one time use points to book a night to use (for a renter or yourself). To me, it's just not worth it, and I would already have plans for the other points I just purchased, anyway.

I have let 2 points go before. Not much you can do with them if they are about to expire

Oh ya we definitely have plans for the future points! We had the previous owners bank the points into next year before we signed the contract!
