Hello everyone, it's been 10 years since I have visited Disney, That's hard to believe as in the late 90's and 2000.s I had annual passes and went 2-3 times a year. I was a pin trader, well still am but not like 99-00. LOL I read and read since booking in early August, but So much has changed and would love some tips, covid changed a lot also. We are staying at a timeshare and have no ADR and plan to do quick service meals during our days.

We got 3 day, 1 park each day tickets, 3 adults early 60's. We all walk good but we don't want to backtrack a lot if we don't need to. I did make my reservations, Mon. 10/25-Epcot, Tues. 10/26-MK and Fri. 10/29 AK, we have an early flight home on Sat.10/30. Hopefully these are good choices.

Questions,

What ride to hit first in each park? Anything new that is a do not miss? Anything that's really different 10 years later! We will try to be at parks when they open and stay to the nighttime events.

In Epcot we want to do Spaceship Earth, Soaring and Test Track, NO Mission for us! Also Nemo, Living with the land Figmit and I see there's a new Pixar 4 D show. How should we start? Fast Track first then switch sides and hit Soaring and then go back to Spaceship Earth? In World showcase, we want to do Remy, Norway and Mexico rides, and USA show. I know at 7AM I need to get a VQ for Remy. We do plan to stop at Crepes on the go for one snack/meal and most likely grab food at food and wine fest. Any tips where to eat quick service to have some AC if it's hot and we need a break? We like to relax and take it all in sometimes! Anything new in WS that I missed?

MK, Should we head to the Mine train first? This is most likely the most popular ride we will do. None of us do crazy coasters, I was Also thinking of hitting Splash 1st (haven't decide yet if we will do this or skip it, lol) then go to Adventureland, Our main rides to hit in MK are Pirates, Jungle Cruise, BTMRR, Mine Train, Haunted Mansion, and most of the rides in Fantasyland, speedway, Monsters, Buzz and COP, Any tips or suggestions much appreciated for the best way for us non-coaster people to start the park? Any suggestions on places to grab quick service where we can sit in AC if needed?

AK, I love AK. I just started researching AK, I feel I am running out of time and lots has changed here. I usually always go straight to the Safari and ride that first and then we do it again before we leave, love the Safari. Any tips how we should start this park? I thought maybe safari then go back to the Pandora area or should we hit that area first then move on to Safari? How intense is the new Pandora ride for those that get motion sickness? I want to try it so bad! Any other tips of new things and best plan for AK and quick service places with AC?

I did see where you order online for quick service and I believe from reading posts that you can order early and set up a time for later in the afternoon or evening, is this true? ? Any tips on best places and how to order online would be most helpful.

What am I missing? Anything "new' since 2012 that is a do not miss. Any help much appreciated!!!!! Thanks in advance!!!

There is a new kite show at AK you might enjoy, you can sit and relax with a snack and a drink while there. Also, many like Nomad lounge at AK for an adult beverage and snack/meal.
At MK, if you plan on watching the fireworks, it is pretty crazy and packed shoulder to shoulder. Literally. You might want to look at the dessert party there for the fireworks show to have a bit of room (and a place to sit if you do the terrace party).
I’m sure many more will pipe in with advice- have fun!

The free version of Genie coming out this week should be able to help you with what to do in what order. You should be able to tell it what you want and it will organize an itemized day for you. Similar to how the tour plan app builds a day for you.

I was just going to say the exact thing. And also add We have found our volunteer perfect for testing new Genie . An unsuspecting soul
You are our foolish mortal …
No backing out now… Thanks for volunteering !
Please read fine print releasing all of us from monetary loss .

Don't forget Its Free according to Genie but not really.

Or we could actually give you our advice and then you can reply that we are still better than Genie for telling guests where to go.
As a matter of fact, I think we excel at telling each other where to go…

You have your ticketing, your park reservations, and know about mobile ordering… You are staying on property…
Disney Resorts will have an extra half hour early morning entry … you will be told to enter in a different area if you have your Magic bands or resort key card with current dates . For example non Disney guests are told to walk and wait as we entered AK in line to the right side and Disney guests were allowed early entry by walking towards the left side which does lead them with advantage of being closer to Flight of Pandora. So try to not ignore those voices when you enter saying over and over again Where to go!
At Epcot we were told to wait in line at the far left as we watched the Disney Guests enter early… My first thought with this announcement was 1/2 hour … now my thoughts are WOW 1/2 hour is a big advantage…. I hate waiting ! In lines! and apparently would love to be told where to go when the voice is Disney .
Also need to let you know The Deluxe Resort Guests receive evening Magic of 2 additional hours of celebrating Must be Deluxe and only offered on certain days/ dates Check the daily itinerary calendars.

Anyway my next thought to plan your days Part of the fun is the transportation for arriving early . Trying to outsmart everybody else and get to the bus or SkyLiner or parking lot at Ticket and Transportation …
Good luck .
Monday 10/25 Epcot 10-10 with virtual Q at 7 a.m. and again at 1:00 for
Remy
Will you enter at the International Gate on SkyLiner or Friendship Boats?
Hope you get Remy
Otherwise it was a huge pain to get Remy early and walk all that way for Remy and then backtrack for all the other must do early attractions.
Front entry we decided to save Spaceship Earth for later in day when we needed a nap I mean break inside attraction… and then went to Test Trak cause the youngest boy loves Cars and who can resist his delight when he discovered it was a Beach Car (open top convertible) and those cars will forever be called a Beach Car !
So your choice is Test Trak or Soarin… Frozen Living with the Land and Do not miss the movie Awesome Planet and I always have to sit in the front row to anticipate the crash of lightnin’ and the awesome weather and the crash of the meteorite exploding to form our awesome planet .
Its awesome!
And most people walk right past it. Tip to enter and immediately go to Awesome Planet theatre on right and exit on ground floor for Soarin and Livin Otherwise you will probably make the decision to not go back to see the awesome movie ! I kid you not It is awesome !
I also would recommend the American Adventure Show because it is air conditioned. And a good place to take a break (nap) …
Also recommend the new Beauty And the Beast Sing a long which is not really a sing a long unless you want to sing a long but it is very amusing because the story has a different twist on tale as old as time. And all age groups really seem to enjoy…
This makes me upset because it has bumped Impressions de France into the last 2 time slots of the evening…I believe the whole point of Epcot is to travel the World Pavillions and take the time to act like a tourist in countries I might not ever really visit. I think China will be replaced with updated version.Currently Canada film is not playing unfortunately. Don't forget Mexico …and Japan . There is so much to explore besides the alcohols of the World but that is interesting too and the food of course. And you will love HarmoniUS

I think my advice is weird because I have to enjoy almost everything in daylight and the nightlight! But you really should hustle to 7 dwarfs early and usually late at night if lines seems faster and shorter … Also Jungle Cruise is my favorite … I’m not sure if Genie will grant repeated attractions over and over again!
But I must enter thru the Castle into Fantasyland with Starbucks in my hand… Peter Pan , PhilHarmagic, Big Thunder, Tom Sawyer, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Small World … Tiki Room,
What am I forgetting? Oh Splash Mountain !
I have not seen Enchantment Fireworks yet but don’t forget about the new 50th music and floats for the Electric Water Pageant as you leave the MK .

And your final day at AK Friday 8a.m.to 8 p.m. unless times change.
Try to get their early for entry advantage reminder and go straight to Flight of Pandora and then Navi , then Starbucks and then Kilimanjaro Safari , Festival of the Lion King, I loved the new Kites and they have the characters and performers to entertain as you wait ! We all loved it so much , we stayed to watch a second time! I am not sure if it has the early evening showtimes but would love to see if the kites are lit up at night? That would really add to the show!
We had little children and decided to eat way back there by the DinosaurDigYards . But food was terrible with hotdogs and hamburgers… and children’s food served in a plastic bucket with shovels that nobody wanted… But it has free refills for the Cold Coca Cola machines! And you will see a giant prehistoric crocodile still living back there. For real Giant Huge unbelievable that I have never seen this thing back there ever before! The kids really wanted to see an alligator while they visited and now they will have nightmares forever of seeing and knowing this thing lives in Florida AK!

Hope you have fun .
I am old school and do not want to carry a cellphone and do not want to mobile order… But Genie wants to be my friend!

I would pay attention to the Genie and paid Lighting Lanes roll out. You could pay for Lighting Lanes for 7DMT in MK and FoP in AK then you could rope drop other rides like the safari or jungle cruise which can back up. If you have not been to Pandora yet, you will want to see it at night to see the bioluminescence.

Epcot has a giant hole in the center so you have to go to the Mission Space Test Track side or choose the other side with Nemo and Land then go around the construction to get to opposite side.

QS with AC: In Epcot, you have the new Regal Eagle Smokehouse in America.
There’s a QS build a bowl Satu li Canteen that has AC.
The second floor of Columbia Harbor House is nice too.

Disney Springs is nice with lots of dining and shops. Has been redone since your last visit
