Laundry cost at SSR

We're going to be in a studio at SSR. Can someone tell me how much the washers and dryers cost in the laundry rooms? I need to plan how many quarters, in addition to those that will be used in the penny press machines, to get at the bank.

Like JeffreyY said, the washers and dryers are free. Your quarters will however come in handy at the "Win, Place or Show" arcade by the main pool! Or maybe DH and I are the only adults here who spend time there every trip...good thing there isn't a casino at SSR!

The washer + dryer use is free but you must supply the detergent/fabric softner etc. There are vending machines but you can bring your own.

And you will need your room ID to get into the laundry room. The laundry room near the main pool is the largest and has the most washers and dryers available.

We stayed at Wilderness Lodge last year before purchasing our DVC membership, and remembered you had to pay there. We wondered if perhaps they were free at a DVC resort, but didn't know how they'd make sure others weren't using them. The room key makes perfect sense.

Good, that means I can get a few extra pressed coins.

I know that at VB at least, the machines LOOK as if they take quarters (they accept them, DH paid), but they also work without coins.
