Latest time to get off the ship?

We usually fly out of MCO early after cruising and get off the boat pretty early, but I could't get a flight until 3:30pm after our sailing next month. I'm booking private transportation back to the airport for the first time and they have set windows for pickup. At what time do they require you to be off boat? We'd like to take the latest pickup time possible. Thanks!

We walked off our last cruise at 9:30am. We weren't the last people off by any stretch.

Our disembark group character never got called a couple years ago, so we were waiting around until near 10, and at that point they were gently moving people toward the gangway.

The only folks who get to stay later are the back to backers, who spend an hour or so in one of the lounges, then get off and back on.

We ate at Cabanas and lingered as long as we could, we walked off close to 9:30.

at 8:00 am, you are invited to leave,
at 8:30 am, you are asked to leave,
