Late to the Party -- Delswife

I didn't catch the Delswife epic when it was first posted. I had no clue why everyone kept writing "love ya, mean it" all over these boards. I thought it was some kind of code, like MVMCP or MNSSHP.

Forgive me, I'm a lurker.

I ended up reading Delswife's opus by accident. But once I started reading, I was hooked.

I see Delswife (and presumably Del and the rest of the family) is planning a Christmas time trip to Disney World. I don't think I can't wait that long for her to take another trip. Her life is so much more interesting than mine. We're planning to go to Disney World in April but I'm not looking forward to my trip as much as I am looking forward to reading Delswife's next trip report. Do you reckon we can all chip in and send her family down there this summer?

You will find Mrs. Zurg and myself wandering around the parking lots looking for our cars.

"White Butt! White Butt!"

Zurg and Scuba Steve will be photographing my wandering underware that is still APPARENTLY down there having a good time.

The kids will be in WWTBAM-Play it winning us hats.

'Cuz the kids are waaaaay smarter than me, and I'm counting on them.

Also there will be some hockey type checking at the AK. Zurg is going to protect me from crazy stroller lady.

If we have over 60,000 people, and each sends a dollar, then Delswife's family can have a heck of a time AND Brother's wife can get the mental healthcare she so desperately needs.

Delswife said they were leaving on December 8. I think I'll just go ahead and adjust my counter to December 8. I had it set to count down to our April trip, but since I've never lost my underwear in Disney World nor had anyone offer me xanax, I think Delswife's trip will be more interesting.

I DO understand almost everything but I still haven´t managed to figure out "DsD" (Em) and "DsN" (Where´s Waldo)

I can only say what everybody else have said; "this is so good!!!"

I think DsD is "Dear Step Daughter" because Em is Del's daughter, making her DelsWife's Step daughter. DsN is probably "Dear Step Nephew" because "Waldo" is the son of brother's wife, making him DelsWife's step-nephew. Confusing, huh?

Delswife, I loved reading your trip reports and I can't wait till my December trip. I'll be there the 4th - 13th at Shades of Green. It will be so exciting to be there when a celebrity is there! Is anyone planning a DISmeet? What a blast that would be.

Delswifes - BTW - we are just back from a week at the Poly and was almost accosted by several ducks. I thought of you the entire time.

Also, I told the story of Chip & Dave actually being Chuck & Dave and my family stuck to it the rest of the trip - they are forever more going to be Chuck & Dave in my family as well.

Delswife you are a very talented writer! I was finally able to read your whole trip saga and I didn't want your vacation to end! I even passed it on to my 11yo DD and we both LOL many times. I am very afraid that she has gotten tips from Commando Nikki and is planning to smuggle a whistle in her bag next trip. I commend you for your patience with brother's wife but if you need her taken care of I would be happy to arrange it. Only payment necessary is another trip report. I would have slapped her silly the first time she acted psycho.

That is correct! I am sorry my reports were confusing, it was the first one I had ever written.

I printed it out for my mom who called me and said "Who are all these people?!?" The next report will be much clearer as I learn how to write.

We can't either! Commando Nikki just asked me if "The big evil dude" was still planning on going. LOL.

The only thing I am afraid of is Zurg's camera. I am very shy and he is camera happy.
