For a minute there I had a Fantasia Moment.

I'm heading off to bed. I went to the chiropractor and it seems that I put my collarbone and a couple of ribs out. She adjusted them back in place but I am sore....and a heatpack and bed seems like a good deal right now.

Well Fran just had her first intake appt. with the Physical Therapist. He'll be coming on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She's really got to push herself if she wants this knee to work better than it did before, and she's not good at that. Later today she gets her staples taken out, so that means I have to go get the big car....

Things are basically OK. I'm thinking I could use another massage about now, just a better one than last time!
