 Hi Liz. Hope to see you driving by again before the summer is through. How's your break been going?

Hi Dana....nice to see you on-line. I thought I was the only one!

I'm loading up pictures into photobucket and then going to go crazy on the scavenger hunt thread.

Hi, Sharon! :) How was your day?

Sounds good :teeth: I'll have to poke around at the scavenger hunt later :)

My day was good...expensive...but good.

I went looking for the 3 point category of Battlefield Site today. So we went for a day trip to a town called Ballarat. Its about 130 km away and it takes about 1.5 hours to drive to.

We also went to visit the Goldfield attraction in Ballarat called Sovereign Hill. Got a few more items ticked off my list now. :cool1:

That sounds like fun :) I just worked. It's my weekend on, so it's been a long couple of days. I also have to work tomorrow, too.

It's Monday tomorrow. Back to school for my son; and I get time off between drop off and pick up. DH and I are learning classical guitar (real babysteps at the moment) and we have our weekly lesson tomorrow. I haven't practiced at all this week!

Your work schedule seems like its mostly night shift. Do you ever get daytime shift? And what about time off for good behaviour?

That has to be interesting :) I don't know how to play any musical instruments, which sucks, but such is life, right? I hope your son has a good day at school tomorrow :)

And yes, it's all night shift. I had the option of choosing day or night shift (those are the only two shifts we have), and I chose night because if I chose day, I wouldn't be able to take classes unless they were online. The shift is 7a-7p, and it rotates, so I'd never have the same days off. If I want to go back to school, I'd either have to change jobs or stay on night shift. I like my job, so I'm sticking with night shift :)

Plus, the twelve-day vacation I have coming up in October seems pretty darn good :teeth:

Nevermind! Ethernet issues!

I couldn't figure out the rotating night shift thing. I know you had different days off...but never worked out the pattern.

Have you decided what you want to study?

Ta da! :wizard: My work schedule :)

Basically, whatever days I work in one week, I don't work the next week, and so on and so forth. It's a pain in the neck sometimes, but it actually works out pretty neat when you take your vacation, hence my 12-day vacation in October. :yay:
