I hope Fran has an easy surgery on Monday!![]()
I already have most of it, I'd just need a headband with horns

Jacquie's worried about getting bored while she recuperates, and they can't afford a cleaning lady. So I told her that if the house gets too dirty, to give me a call
it will be a challenge come Monday! She will want to go home Thursday, but I know she won't be ready and when the staff tells her she has to go to rehab she will be devastated. If she fools them into letting her come home, my life will be miserable so it is a double edged sword. Either way it will be difficult, just which way!
I really hope the next few weeks go well for you guys
I pretty much help her out with anything she need to do, shoes, socks, if I'm awake pants or shorts, those she can get on her own, but not easily. Anything that needs to go from here to there, folders of music, papers, drinks, plates, food all that I have to bring to her, she walks with two canes so there isn't much left for her to carry with besides her pockets or her mouth. After the hip, (they didn't give her all her antidepressants in the hospital so she was a basket case by the time they let her out), she came home, but wasn't ready. She couldn't get into bed for two months and slept in her electric lift recliner chair. Her leg cramped up every time she moved and we had to get drugs from Canada (still do). For at least a month she was upset and kept saying, "I should have stayed in the hospital", but when she is there, all she wants to do is come home.
Ugh, I"m in a catch 22!
