We have the equivalent Tattslotto here is Oz; and they run a sweep 4 times a week. Usually 1st division is about $ 2 Million. But it is a jackpot of $20Million on Tuesday night. Already have my ticket!

So my coworker, the one I've been having problems with? Is THREE AND A HALF HOURS late.

Somehow, I don't think she'll be keeping her job much longer.

Unfortunately we got notification today that Citibank won't give us a loan.

So now we have to find another. So much for buying VGC points and for buying BCV points so that we could stay there for F&W, we'll have to see if I can get a 7 month ressie. If nothing else I'll get an SSR for when we decide to go.

Right now we're working on planning a trip to DC....

We've already spoken to our boss, and I'm almost positive that she's going to be fired. She JUST walked in the door and claimed that it was "traffic" that somehow caused her to be four hours late.

She finally walked in about five minutes ago and I called her on her crap and she's all "Oh, it was traffic, I left at 7:30 and it was just really bad traffic!" Um, at 7:30 on a Saturday night? NO. Also, I spoke to her at 7:00 and she said she was already on her way. So I call bull. I'm so incredibly sick of her and her nonsense. I could get into much more colorful language, but I don't want to get warned on this board. She just makes me so so so mad. Then she says that I'm "just not understanding". Um, hello, if you want to go to a theme park with your kids, GO ON YOUR DAY OFF. Especially with a schedule like ours!

She claims she had permission to be late, which I know isn't true, because I spoke to the nurse in charge before she left and she said that she told A (the coworker) that she had to be here on time because there was no one to cover her shift. So she did it anyway.

Dana's been having a few typing "tips of the slongue" lately. She called me a goofball in a PTR and she meant golfball. In this case. I'm pretty sure she didn't mean "utterly".....I'm sure she meant udderly!

No, but I still have to inform the boss as to what's going on because the woman she relieved is notorious for not speaking up. She NEVER speaks up. She says she will this time, but I don't think she really will.

sorry don't agree not your problem or frankly your business You weren't stuck working by yourself. Do you all have time cards you punch in & out OR some other record for payroll? You must...then the one that stayed late will record when she left & this dope will record when she came in.they're adults.....my advice MYOB is a good thing

If this was the first time this had happened, I'd mind my own business. This nonsense has been going on for NINE MONTHS. That's why it's frustrating me so much, because NOTHING ever happens. Even when she gave someone the wrong medication, she still had a job. It just frustrates me to no end, because I do my job, I do it well, I'm on time every day, and the residents and my boss love me. She's the complete opposite, with no work ethic whatsoever, yet still has a job.

It's just one of those nights. She's the type of person who thinks the world revolves around her.

She's hiding upstairs, probably asleep in a room. Basically, she worked 12 hours last night, left, picked up her family, went to Six Flags for the day, and then walked in here at 11. As far as I know, she hasn't slept, so I'm 85% sure she's asleep in a room.

But whatever. I'm just tired of this crap. She's not the only one, either, which is why it's frustrating. Management here is awful at disciplinary action.

Let it go...you see this "type" will always abuse the situation when they know they can...is it disheartening to take pride in your job, have a high work ethic and seethe inside because someone like this still has a pay check? of course it is but you have to take the high road here. If its not your job to discipline her or report directly about her than you have to do your job the best way you can and not let it get to you...if she's sleeping/hiding and you have acid running into your stomach who is the one that is going to end up in a bad way.........hmmmmmm ? I've had cow workers like that & I've had management that didn't care either but at the end of the day its how I felt about what I was doing
