This song is the song that I will always remember as being during the Pandemic. For whatever reason this song I seemed to hear all those nights my husband and I were locked down doing puzzles, baking or just relaxing. I think I will always associate it with 2020 (but in a good way).

I really like the Sarah McLachlan version of Blackbird, too.

In fact I like a lot of the other versions of Beatles songs, too, from the soundtrack for I Am Sam (another tearjerker).

I was updating my playlist the other night and was listening to all kinds of songs. I discovered I really like the sound of The Chicks. And I put a few others on there. I always liked Linda Rondstadt, John Denver and others, but not sure if they’re considered Country or if they’re more something else.
