Nope never and the service is AWESOME

last time we went was in Oct 04 right after all the hurricanes
when we arrived around 5 on Friday night we noticed the pool was dirty
so we called
the management people couldnt apologize enough even offered to come right over

we said no tomorrow will be soon enough we knew they had been busy with all the hurricanes
they were there first thing Sat
and when DD got into a nest of fire ants they came right over got rid of the nest
and made sure she was OK
Jan herself even called us from ENGLAND

i can't recommend her home enough
