thanks Lyn:goodvibes It may be selfish, but i'm really not looking forward to going. I don't want to see my "dad" there, but i'm pretty sure it's gonna happen. Plus like I said I've never been close to that side of the family at all so I feel akward around them, AND my mom has to work and can't get the day off, so I'm gonna have to go with my brother and sil :scared1:
It's good to go, even if it is uncomfortable...they are still family and maybe it will bring a little peace to you :wizard:

::yes:: I knew you looked so young! I was excited about 21, but things didn't work out the way I wanted them too:rolleyes:

Ok it's time for me to disapear too. I've got to get stinky ready for school tomorrow. Talk to ya later Lyn ::wave::

thanks, I just called Mama and so far today no fever...just sniffles :wizard: I usually buy it at a store near her school...so I will just have to make a special trip there since I couldn't find it in town. She is really hard to give medicine too, so if I find this children's thing I will probable buy 2 or 3 boxes. :teeth:

Glad the fever is gone! :cool1:

Poor Kid! I'd still vote for ya to get mom of the year though:thumbsup2

Thanks! I was afraid I was going to have to give up my tag! :teeth:

Nothing really new here Kathy, just the same old same old. I did run into an old friend not too long ago, :rotfl: that's about all the new stuff going on with me, but since it's an old friend is that old then?:rotfl:

Well, it's old but you didn't mention it here so i guess that means it's really new! :rotfl:

oh yeah, I guess there is something new. my "grandpa" passed yesterday, so his funeral will be Wed.

Oh, I'm sorry Tracy. I know you said you weren't close but I'm sure it's still hard and probably a little strange for you too since you weren't that close. Will you be going to the funeral??

Wow Tracy! There's just so much to choose from. How are you going to decide?

We did a Fireworks Vogage at Epcot and it was fantastic! We did it as a surprise "Unbirthday Party" for the boys and they were thrilled.

I think out of the other choices I'd choose the Good Morning Gathering at Magic Kingdom as my first choice and the International Dinner at Epcot as my second choice. We used to belong to a thing that they had for annual pass holders that allowed us VIP seating for Illuminations and it was awesome. They have some great places to watch Illuminations that usually isn't open to just anyone.

where did Kathy go?

Sorry, just dropped off here for a little while. Our friends stopped by to drop off some wood that they were giving DH. DH wants to do one wall in our living room, as you go up the stairs, in bead board. I really couldn't picture it but now that the boards are here I can. Our friend is a contractor/carpenter and he had this left over from a job so he just gave it to DH. :cool1: The stuff is like 70 cents a foot!!! :scared1: So I think DH is going to start this project next instead of the bathroom. Oh well, as long as there is a project in the works. ;)

I have to disappear for a little while too. I've got to run down to the fire department to do the monthly reports. I'm still not going to any meetings and tomorrow night is the monthly business meeting so I need to get my reports done today or in the morning...and I really don't want to go anywhere tomorrow.

I'm still not going to the meetings because I was told to avoid second-hand smoke "for a while" because of the pneumonia. I could probably go tomorrow but it's a good excuse 'cause I just don't feel like being around all that smoke just yet. Almost all the guys smoke there.

See ya later!
