I just bought a heavy bag......that is a really good workout. Plus you can take out any aggrevation on the bag!! Instant stress relief

DH has one that is filled with water...I guess after time the sand settles in the other one I wonder if it is stress-relief from living with me

actually I wish I had eyebrows like Bert mine are really thin and sparse in places so they tend to look funny when they're not waxed

Only here can you go from working out to eyebrows

yuck, did you have milk in the cereal? mixing citris juice (or soda) with milk products will give you an upset stomach (not to mention all the sugar in fruity pebbles....I love fruity pebble crispies )...it is like when you add vinegar or lemon juice to milk and let it sit for 10 minutes, you get sour milk.
