Oh yeah and I thought I would share. Kathy tonight was the night for my DH to have his shining moment.

Did you get that I am very unhappy with him?

So you have the heat too-I know why it's called HOTLanta now-we were at the DMV allday and even with the air one there-I was sweating-too many people coming in/out!!!We've been in the mid 90's since we got here

he had the MRI but the tech didnt give him any real results
sent him home with the pictures but we can't tell what we are looking at
so we have to wait until THursday

it just stinks because since there wasn't a specific injury like a fall
this most llikely willnot be workmans comp and disalbitly pays next to nothing

i just pray the AC works
it broke twice last week
and they are prediciting heat index of 105+

but if it's from wear and tear (walking up/down a ramp)-isn't it related to his work????too bad though-hopefully it wont be as bad as we think and his recovery will be a quick one

the main hang up is three years ago he was out for amonth with pain inthat knee

i think it was work related than but the Dr than didn't write it like that

well-that old injury shouldn't impact this one-everyone can injury the same extremity in unrelated events-so this may be a justified injury-I guess you'llhave to see what this doctor says!!!

My SIL just torn open her knee all the way down to the knee cap-and had surgery last wed-we went up to her house on SUnday and made her dinner-she's already back at work-cause she's a supervisor in the GI Lab

DH say maybe they can just shoot him full of cortazone and be Ok

Dr says we will see but he didn't sound very encouraging


I like the Dr though he told DH it was time for me to trade in and trade up
to a newer younger model

NO-but the colors are nice!!!

yep I just work more of them-now I work 3-12hr night a week-before I just worked 2-12hr shifts and picked up 1 or 2 8hr night shifts-so until DH goes FT-this will be the way we make ends meet

It was -she was chasing her dog who was chewing her landscape lights and tripped over a stepping brick they use as a walk way to the back yard-she caught the edge of the brick(12x12) right on the knee cap and nearly ripped it off-then she slid all the way down the yard on the red clay dirt/stones-needless to say the dog is now at the humane society-her DH was going tro shoot it-but she made him bring it there

I was dragged once about 10 feet by two labs we had a few years ago
scrapped up pretty good and busted my glasses
