I wish there was an excuse like that (although I hate to loose teachers anytime) but this is just plain BAD administration and people are leaving in droves!!! we have 115 teachers at our school and about 1500 kids and the kids aren't going anywhere!!! since I am leaving within the district its not a big transfer deal, but I will tell the admin two weeks before the end of the school year, that way I don't have to be treated poorly like some of the others for the next 7 weeks!!!

Man! We lost our Assistant Principal as well. Waiting on a replacement.

we lost an AP also. (so thats 7 to retirement, 20ish to other schools and about 5 who will have their position closed). I won't be too hard to fill the positions, but when they come in and see the mess things are in, they dont stay!!! I have been at the same school for 11 years, and now I HAVE to go. for my own sanity and to keep me motivated!!!

Me too, come to think of it! I had a loooooong day! It's hard being the one counselor at a school with so many needs. I'm worn out!

LM is good. we came up with a new nickname for him "little nemo" we were giving him a bottle earlier and he looked like a little fish trying to get it. Oh and he laughed out loud for the first time today!!!! DH is good!!! We all went out shopping today.

nope not going to work on me... LOL...i have ENERGY...been cleaning tonight while i watched close to home!!! I hope to finish this room tomorrow so i can put the baby bed in there... i feel awful...we have had LM for 2 months almost and he is still sleeping in our room. Need to get him out of our room!!
