I have someone coming by my home tonight to pick which puppy they want...so that noone esle chooses it. They still have to wait to take them home....the man's son (early 20s) is so excited he is reading books and picked up some stuff and made a spot for it in the house I am happy for them....but I know DH will be sad to think of a puppy going, even if we have them for a while more

At least you know it is going to a good home.

They are so excited for the puppy. My coworker (known him for 7 years) has two sons and one was allegic to dogs and so they had a dog a long time ago and then when he died never got another dog. So, at Christmas his adult son was asking if they could get a dog since the other (allergic) brother lives on the mainland and parents said yes...the dad is just as excited if not more...

I told that to my coworker today He knows I am serious about taking her back, but he laughed it off since they really want the pup and are keeping it for life....when they pick up the dog I will tell them again
