One of my neices had the stomach bug last week...we have been avoiding them...my DD is sick, but just a little runny nose....hopefully she is 100% soon.

She should be-does she have allergies-could be those kicking in???? IF not it shouldn't be anything major since she's on Abx like you mentioned

yes, on Tuesday after waiting almost 2 years to go to WDW we are getting close. My niece was sick so we were openly avoiding my family....plus my mom had the flu...so I told her we love her, but we don't need to see her before our trip. Well, I guess she is feeling better, but still is sick and she comes over tonight I love her and I know she wants to see the kids before we leave, but still, she knew I didn't want to expose the kids to the flu or stomach bug....getting the stomach bug on a 13+ hour plane trips isn't fun! Not that it wasn't bad enough she was over and was kissing everyone, she was giving me a hard time for us to be going and DD has a runny nose...which only just started and isn't so bad, tonight was the first time I gave her something for it...plus she is already taking antiboitics, I can't do much more for a little cold So, after the guilt trip my mom left...oh, and my mom is a nurse too I love her so much, but I don't want to share germs end of vent

Feel free to vent-My Mom drives me crazy on a weekly basis-and she's a Nurse too-but that seemed aweful rude of your Mom to be Kissing everyone with her cold/flu-That would of made me mad too!!!!

I can't believe you leave on Tues already WOW-and we're right behind you-and I haven't got much ready at all!!!!! It will be another last minute packing for sure

We've never been to WDW with any of our Kids and DH and I were 10 and 12 the Last time we were there-so this should be so exciting!!!!!

My stomach is rumbling...I asked DH if he thought I got the bug and he says no, it is stress I am an early packer...so we are pretty much ready....hopefully eveyone will be up for the long trip...I keep saying to myself it will be o.k. and worth it

We arrive on 11/23 and are staying at Coronado Springs Resort until 12/5. Then, we are staying three nights until 12/8 at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We don't have detailed plans, but I think I am meeting Kelli and Kliz at MGM on Sunday 12/4 (I think that day, I have it written down). We are planning on meeting somewhere to maybe get ice cream and then watch the afternoon parade together....should be a lot of fun.
