Eveyone seems to be cleaning their basements...is it "that time of year" or something? like spring cleaning in the fall?

Hmmmm....Well my entire family forgot it's my b-day & I forgot I had a bill to pay & now I don't have the money for it, so now I have to pay double later this month!! I hate when I do that!!
