Last Minute Travel for tickets?

I just purchased tickets from Last Minute Travel, but won't use them until July. I too was afraid of the price going up! I called them directly and they said no problem with expiration in July.

BUT I wanted to point out that if you look at the front page of the ticket prices, it says one price, but if you click on More Info, the price grid changes, to be more expensive! So I went back and added to cart from the first page (you have an option of adding to cart from either that first page or the more info page). I checked out and it kept the price the same. So far so good! I just wanted to be sure to share that little experience so you get the better pricing!

Thanks for looking out! :goodvibes I noticed that too... hhhmmmm

Policies
Guest is responsible for own transportation to and from attractions.
Strollers and Wheelchairs are available for rent at an additional cost.
Tickets can be refundable prior to ticket pickup. Once tickets are picked up they are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled.

Hmmm, I haven't picked my tickets up, just got the voucher by e-mail and was told that I cannot cancel. It also states on my voucher that I cannot cancel, that's conflicting information from what this says.

Hi again.. Yes.. I know.. conflicting everywhere.. hehehe.. Okay.. so here's my experience.. I called them and spoke to someone specifically in the Attractions department. I spoke to 3 people before I got to the last person and they had conflicting thoughts as well so make sure to call the Attractions department. Then I told her to please verify the policy since it states that the tickets are refundable in their website. Then she said that was for DisneyWorld.. and I told her no, the site I am looking at is for DisneyLand in Anaheim CA so I was patient and she rechecked and confirmed that they are refundable as long as you call and ask for the refund before you actually pick up the tickets. Once you pick up the tickets, even if you haven't used them, then they are not refundable.

So, if you have to get a refund, make sure you haven't picked up the tickets yet, call them and just be patient, and polite and ask them to check because it states they are refundable prior to ticket pickup per their website.

I bought my tickets today and hopefully everything will work out fine. I'll keep you and this thread posted. :goodvibes

This is awesome. I just checked for our trip in November and we will save about $100. That $100 more to spend in the parks!!

Thank you, that is really good to know! :)

Thanks to everyone on this thread and the original op.:grouphug: I was able to score some 5 day parkhoppers for $158 a piece in late June. Will use our GAD vouchers for fast passes. This is cheaper than we got them (from ARES) last year for spring break...crazy.

Hi 50sjayne,

Just curious about the $154 price...all I see is $158.33 for the 5 day PH on their site.

Thanks

What are my options? I'm looking for actual tickets (not vouchers). I already have 2 tickets and don't really want to have to wait in a line up for one ticket! We are going in May and would like a 5 or 6 day parkhopper. And of course for the best value:)

EDIT: Oops I didn't mean to post this here, not sure how to delete it or move it. Anyone know the answer anyways?

So.. the last poster made me think.. For those of you that have already picked up your tickets or perhaps you know...I've bought the tickets from LMT and printed out the email that sent to me.. Here are my questiosn:

1. Is this email consider the voucher?
2. And is this email what I bring to DisneyLand?
3. Where do I exchange this email/voucher at Disneyland for the actual tickets? Is there a specific window/area?
4. Did it take long to exchange it for the actual tickets?

I don't want to end up in the wrong line or worse not have the correct vouchers with me.

Thanks so much.

I think you need to go into your LMT account and print the voucher from there. I printed the e-mail but I also printed the order from my account on LMT as I believe someone said that was the actual voucher.

I haven't gone yet so I can't answer any of your other questions.

I ordered from Last Minute Travel, and I recieved an email confirmation right away, actually 2 confirmations right away, but neither said "voucher" anywhere. I called them and was told that no I have not received my voucher yet, as my date listed is for July, and apparantly they haven't sent those vouchers out yet. It sounded like I would recieve this in an email.

still curious about other's thoughts.. What did you print and did it say voucher? I called them and they said they would email it to me but then never received an email. I called again and they said they would call me back. I printed the one off their website and the original confirmation email receipt so I hope that is okay. Please let me know. Thank you.

About the Vouchers - When I log into my acct what is listed under voucher isn't actually the voucher yet, just a receipt/confirmation of some form. My SIL who ordered at the same time got her voucher emailed to her and somewhere near the bottom of the names it says to turn this voucher in.... point being, that what she recieved states that it is a voucher vs what I am seeing on my acct so far. I am still waiting for mine. My SIL emailed them and about a week later she got the voucher emailed to her. When I called, they told me they issue them based on the dates listed for using the tickets. You may want to send them an email, you may get the voucher quicker. I'm going to try that.

Thank you for answering! I called them again and they sent me the "vouchers" yes.. it says on the bottom "Exchange this voucher at.." Thanks again.

Next question for those that have already exchanged them: Where do you exchange them at Disneyland? Where is the ticket booth? thanks.

I think they need to work on the voucher thing, went through the same thing when I ordered through them 5-6 weeks ago. I suspect the receipt would probably work since it ends up having the same information. But I only got a piece of paper reading "voucher" after talking to them. I was also told that the voucher was the original receipt. They are probably spending lots of time on the phone with confused people.

I"m intrigued by this company, and apparently it would save us $100+ overall, ($158 each) but I'm just not comfortable with the unknown...are they the same exact tickets as we would pay for the "buy 3, get 2 free" through disney.com which is for $184 each? Our kids are teens, so they don't pay the kids price (sigh) the thing that might make our admission cheaper if I book through disney.com is that I have a $51 Disney rewards card, not sure if they would allow us to use it for admission tickets though (does anyone know this?)

Good Morning,

I am not sure if this has been answered already, but can someone that has used LMT for tickets please tell me what the value is that is printed on the tickets you get at the gate?

My family is looking to upgrade to AP.

Any info would be helpful. Thanks!!!

As far as being the same tickets...yes. Regardless who you buy through, you trade in your 'vouchers' - from the 3rd party sites like Getawaytoday or Ares or Last Minute Travel - for actual tickets at DL. so by the time you enter the park the ticket is the exact same. Make sense? So yes Last Minute Travel currently has the better pricing. Even over the 5 for 3 deal. Their process does not seem to be as streamlined as the other travel sites however.

I can't help you with the use of the Disney Rewards Card for tix, sorry. Hopefully someone else will be able to.
