OK, finally got approval from DH and ready to buy BLT on Monday. I am super excited. A few questions...

We should get Feb use year and have extra points first year. Is Concierge Collection as hard to book as RCI ? I'd love to go a couple nights at Grove Park Inn.

What are the odds of getting any studio mid Oct this year? Guide is checking, but that would sure help out
