Just wondering if I might have missed something. I thought there was supposedly a DVC Members' Lounge at Disney Springs. But when I went there and inquired (mistakenly went to the "Welcome Center", but she pointed me to what she said was the correct location), I didn't get the impression that that was what it was meant to be at all. I thought I'd seen pictures of an upstairs, but no one there offered one. There were about 4 chairs around one coffee table, and that's all. The Cast Member that was there, when I asked if this was the DVC Members' Lounge said that it was, and that the CM for the tour would be in shortly. I told him that I wasn't interested in a tour, he walked away, and that was the end of any interaction. The day beforehand, when I was at Animal Kingdom asking about the lounge at Disney Springs, the CM tried to sign me up for a tour there, although he knew I was a DVC member, and I told him that I wasn't interested in adding on. So is Disney Springs really just a sales center, or is there a lounge somewhere, similar to at Epcot, where you can just sit and rest a little?

We were there in November. Went in told the rep we were already owners and not interested in a tour but just wanted to visit the lounge … he took us up the elevator to a very nice lounge with plenty of seating and an outdoor veranda …

That is the place and we diJust said we wanted to go to the lounge and we were brought upstairs.

Sorry you missed it! It's quite nice and I enjoyed a tea and a snack which I took out to the balcony.

I told them I was a member and they took myself and a couple of other guests (who toured) up in the elevator together.

They do take your info as they do at Epcot. I was offered a tour and declined as I think it was Riviera and I had long since toured plus stayed at the resort so no need to waste anyone's time or mine.

Outside balcony was really nice as I was able to view the rolling piano/singer as it was early Dec/Xmas. I'd never seen that contraption before, and from my vantage point I had a great view.

Wanted to note I had just checked out of the Cabins at FW and was too early for my Boathouse reservation so came upon the reception area for the lounge as I wandered a bit.

DW and I visited the members lounge in Disney Springs a few days ago. It was a nice spot to relax for a few minutes. They had a model RIV 2BR you could walk through, in addition to some drinks and snacks.

Never knew this and I’m glad I saw this post. I work in Disney Springs and now I have a place to hang out when I get to work early.

Where exactly is this in DS?.. would be interested to check it out in the summer when we are there

It's in the DVC center across the street from the Welcome Center and Frontera Cocina. You have to check in with the DVC guides in the main center area, and then if/when there's space, they'll escort you out a side entrance to an elevator to the lounge.

Thank you!!

Heading to Disney for the spring time surprise run weekend and have no park passes .. so lots of time to at Disney springs and this will give us something else to check out
