Last Minute Decisions - A Pre-Trip Report

Up until last week we were booked to go to the Canaries for 2 weeks on 17 August.

I was living in fantasy land on a Sunday evening and browsing our travel agent's website when i saw that they still had flights available to Sanford. So I rang the agent and persuaded them to change our ENTIRE booking from a family package holiday to flight only to Sanford. I then rang my hubby & sang M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E down the phone to him.

So at this stage, we had only flights to Sanford, no accommodation, no car hire and no tickets. I got onto Hotwire and booked a 3.5 star hotel for 14 nights, booked our carhire with an online travel agent which was all inclusive, got our discounted Universal/Islands of Adventure tickets & booked our Disney tickets.

DH got home on the Monday evening and told me he had booked Discovery Cove as our wedding anniversary.

Soooo we're off on our second honeymoon with our angel in tow. We spent the last 2 weeks in August in Orlando last year on honeymoon with no kids and this time we're bringing her and I can't wait.

So the cast is now as follows:

Cinderella - Age 7
Cap'n Jack Sparrow - Age 28 - Arrrrr
Tink - That's me!
