Were on vacation here and I noticed the past few days that the reservation site has availability for MK each day around 12 o'clock....

We have 3 small children and are only interested in visiting MK for a few hours in the afternoon.

Is it feasible to purchase full price tickets (after availability becomes available that same day) and then make the reservation and attend that afternoon or is there some policy against this?

Thanks for any insight...I was on hold for 2 hours and could not speak to anyone.

that should be possible. Just wait to buy tickets at the ticket booth - or your hotel if they sell tickets - and have them make the park pass right then.

Tickets are date based, so if you are allowed to buy a ticket you will be admitted to a park. However you have to buy the ticket and then make the park reservation. There is a chance MK might not be available when you try to make the reservation.

I agree - they won’t sell a ticket if no passes available that day. You might be able to buy online when you see the MK availability pop up, instead of having to wait until you get to the ticket booth with excited kids.

If you can work your schedule to be there in the evening, I'd definitely look into it. Our experience is that the lines start to die off around 5-6, and if your kids can make it until closing the waits are downright short.
