One more thing regarding carryons - I know this may sound dumb but they (the TSA's) at the airport don't give you a hard time about a bar of soap in your carryon do they? It will be in the original box and is more than 3 oz. but it is not a liquid so I thought it would be okay.
Also - deodorant that is a solid and is more than 3 oz - is that okay?
And last - what do you do about medications? They are not perscription - just vitamins, calcium, allergy pills and iron pills. Usually I just count out what we need for us for the week and throw them into baggies. Am I going to get frisked and stripped searched by the TSA
for possible "drugs". How should I pack these to bring? I didn't want to pack the whole bottle for each when I only need enough for a week.
So:
1. Soap?
2. Deodorant?
3, Vitamins, etc.....?
Hope someone out there can help - and I think that will do it for all my carryon questions.
I have definitely decided it is MUCH EASIER to drive - anywhere!
Thanks for your help.
