I was thinking of walking some laps on the upper deck on the Dream (Deck 12?) early in the morning, enjoying the fresh ocean air. Anyone have an idea what kind of distance that would be?

Given that it obviously could rain, any thoughts on the treadmills? How many are there? Is it a tough to get access?

Many thanks....

Is there a reason you don't want to jog on deck four? They already have the distance calculated and it's out doors as well. I don't know about twelve and the distance. Can't answer about treadmills, I'm only 13! Hope this helped :)

Just some thoughts. When walking on Deck 12 it can be slippery. There is also a lot of other people up there. Not ideal if you walk faster than a leisurely stroll. There are about 10 treadmills in the gym. How busy they are depends on when you go. It's also very different walking on a treadmill at sea than walking on a deck. You can't really adjust your gait.(I can't describe it well, but it is different) Deck 4 is covered, so unless it's raining really hard you'll be fine.

Fantastic! I had forgotten about Deck 4. That works for me.

Thank you, all

If you wanted to walk full deck 12, I think it would be similar to deck 4 in length. Just remember that you can use the stairs to go up and down, if you want some extra calories burned!

There are most definitely times where the treadmills are all occupied. between 7-8 it can get pretty crazy.

I'm trying to get a mental image of a deck 12 walk and was just trying to think, is the miniature golf layout on 12 or 13?

If you do choose to run laps on deck 4, do you experience a lot of impediments from walkers or just people hanging out on the deck?

Sorry to hijack the thread but does the Wonder also have a track and is it also deck 4?

Sometimes there are people playing shuffleboard. You can easily run around them. Usually there are just people looking over the rail or sitting in the chairs.
