The bus transportation used can be very confusing because Disney contracts it all out with the same company (Mears) and on non cruise days, Mears will use the cruise buses to do the runs between the airport and resort. So it makes it seem like it is all the same thing.
So first is terminology - Magical Express is the free service available to anyone staying in a Disney resort. It operates only between MCO and the resorts.
DCL transfers are what will get you from either your Disney resort or MCO to the cruise port in Port Canaveral. This is a fee service - $35 per person each way.
It sounds as if you booked everything through DCL. So they would have you using Magical Express from MCO to AKL. (When you arrive in MCO you go to the ME check-in to get your transportation to your resort. Buses run continuously so typically no set schedule.)
As for DCL transfers from your resort, there is only one pick-up time per resort. It is not on a continuous loop like ME where you can get the bus at a time that is convenient for you. (DCL transfers from MCO are different.)
The night before embarkation, you will receive a letter about your DCL transfers. It will tell you what time they will start picking up luggage from your room (this usually begins at 8am no matter which resort you are at) and what time and where you will meet for your bus. This can vary from resort to resort and cruise to cruise so noone can tell you exactly when they will pick up at your resort. Generally meet time is 11a-12p (there have been reports of pick up as early as 10:30 and as late at 12:30). These busses can stop at up to 3 resorts for pick-ups. So just because you have an 11 am pick-up, don't count on being at the port "early". DCL buses start rolling into the port around 12:30pm and can be as late as 1:30-2pm.
If you were hoping to get to the cruise terminal early, the DCL bus from a Disney resort is not the method of transportation that will do that.
