Ladies- Just say NO...

You CAN be stylish and comfortable.

What you mean is I am lazy about how I dress. I wear what I have always worn because it's easy.

Agreed! I won't wear anything unless its comfortable. Today I wore a fitted band tee, a knee-length skirt that's made of a soft t-shirt like material & Dockers sandals. Cute & comfortable & just as many 'pieces' as a baggy t-shirt & PJ pants. Its really not that hard to look nice.

After years and years of being super morbidly obese and finally losing 138 lbs, I have discovered fitted tees and shirts and I love, love, love them!

I still have 50 pounds to lose, so I certainly don't wear my shirts tight nor do I buy that extremely stretchy, thin fabric--that would not be pretty and I do have some consideration for my fellow humans. But I have to admit that I love showing off my new figure. Clothes that look nice make me feel great.

The only place I wear baggy tees is to the gym. For everyday wear, I like my clothes to fit and flatter and I'm thrilled that they finally do!!

Okay ladies I will concede on the fitted shirt.:flower3: I did some shopping today (thanks for the kohls and target tips!:thumbsup2) and I did buy a few fitted tees and tanks. Nothing was the thin see through material but they all have a shape (and not box shape:laughing:). I tried them all on and I have to admit that they did look cute.:rolleyes1 Perhaps I have finally found some brands that I like the fit of.:scratchin
Thanks for all the tips!:cutie:

ETA- Happy Daisy- Congrats on the weight loss!

Congratulations!! That is something you should be very proud of. Good luck with the last 50, they are always the hardest to lose.

I love the fitted t-shirt. I've recently lost 50 pounds and love that they show off my figure. I do agree with not liking the super thin material but I have found plenty of places that sell regular solid color t-shirts in fitted sizes.

I like mine to be loose - so I intentional buy sizes that are too large.. All of a sudden - about 5 years ago or so - I just couldn't deal with clingy/tight clothes anymore.. For some reason they bothered my skin.. So now I literally get "lost" in my clothes.. LOL..:rotfl:
