Labor Day Challenge, Anyone? Down to the Wire...Over 200 Pounds GONE, bay-beee!

Well, I have lost 2 lbs. this week and I have met my challenge goal. So, I am 7/7...BUT I don't want to quit this early so please change my stats to 7/12. I will see if I can reach the 12 lb. loss mark by Labor Day! Good luck everyone!

With this labor day challenge and the Aug exercise challenge, it's really gotten me back on track. I am being so much more conscious now of everything I put in my mouth than I'd been before this all started! Guess being accountable on these threads is really working for me.
