I did pick up the fridge on 09/21 and use it until 09/26, William from Luggage Services took it from my room and was going to bring it to Skcmom (Jenica) who should have it now. I called Jenica to let her know that it was going to be delivered and she has my cell # and has not contacted me saying she did not receive the fridge, I assumed she received it ok.
I don't understand how it could have been misplaced from one room to the next it should not have gone anywhere else, I just don't get it

call the woman from the luggage dept back and give her that information that would be great, I can't beleive this has happened. I gave William a $5.00 tip to bring it from my room to Jenica's room, I am so disappointed that this has happened.
