Is anyone else having this much trouble with their electronic coupon system? You go online and see all the coupons. You check the box next to the ones you want and you load to your card. I get multiple errors. I have contacted cust service 3 times. They said log out, log in and try again. I need to do this between each coupon or two and it is very time consuming. Then I check to make sure they are all there. Then i shop and none of the coupons work. They never fix it!!!!! It is killing my grocery budget. I am down trying. Their system is a fail. Sometimes the coupons disappear. I have yet to have a single trip where Ll the coup s that are supposed to work actually do. And customer service has no idea how to fix it. Ugh. Just need to vent.


I need to start shopping at Publix. Kroger is so frustrating. Coupons never work, lucky if there are any cashiers, and the sale items never ring up correctly.

Have no problem at all with the online system here and use it weekly. I have to remember that it does take an hour to upload to the card, so I can't load it and go straight there.

It's unusual to have any line at any Kroger I visit, and if there is one, more registers open quickly. If an item rings up incorrectly, I just go to the service desk and get it for free. I haven't needed to do that for months, maybe even a year or more.

Kroger would be my store but the produce stinks and my local store cuts meat so thick there is no way it would ever cook properly.

I load my coupons the day before I shop. Wondering if I should just try to get a new Kroger card. My local store mostly has self check outs. They rarely have cashiers during the week, and I loathe self checking an entire cart full.

The service desk has not been able to help with the electronic coupon issues, they give me the telephone number and no one can figure out what is wrong with it.

Are you able to load more than one coupon at a time? Do you get " loading error" a lot?

I am fed up.

I'm able to load more than 1 at a time, but they must be on the same page.
This almost sounds like more of a computer issue than a Kroger card issue.

Can you just print them? Safeway here is like that, you add it to your club card, the first few times I did that I also printed them so I would have them as backup just in case.

I also had problems with the Kroger coupon webpage. I received an email a week or two ago saying they had some technical issue and to please try again. It works okay under Firefox, but not Internet Explorer (IE).

Here's something to try if you're using IE: when you open the coupon page, there should be a little icon at the top of your browser page for "Compatibility View." It looks like a piece of paper that's been torn in half. Click on it before you sign in and try to load coupons. It changes the way IE handles the page and seems to solve the problems I was having.

Make sure you click on the "Load Coupons to my Card" button in the lower right corner of the page before you sign out or leave the coupon page. If you don't click on that button, the page won't save the coupons to your card.

To answer someone else's question, it doesn't let you print the coupons to paper. They mail coupons regularly; the website coupons are loaded to the shopper card only.

I refuse to upload my coupons because they won't double if the coupons are loaded on the card. Until they fix that, I will continue to clip.

I thought it was a post about bad customer service and not so nice fresh fruits and veggies, I won't even start about the meat. Just confirms why I wont shop there!
