Krispy Kreme...Hot Now Ornament!

DH just got back from KK to get us some hot donuts

and they have a "Hot Now" ornament that lights up!!!! Too cute!!!

All of the Krispy Kremes around here are closing down....I thought the business was going under

I seem to remember them having some financial problems not too long ago...I think it was due to "growing pains". They tried to get bigger too fast, so some closings probably are due to that.

All the Krispy Kremes in Arizona closed down and they sold their buildings to a fast food place, Del Taco I think.

We do not have one close to us, which surprises me. But I can find one.....

DH ran out this morning to get some for us... I think I'll keep him!

You can't eat them...but it COULD serve as a "gentle reminder" to someone to go get you some!

Okay, now you've done it! Now I want a Krispy Kreme donut. I have a feeling those ornaments are going to get a workout long after the holidays are over. I'm sure many will be hung from the knob of the kitchen cabinet, directly over the coffee maker in the mornings. This way, who ever makes the coffee will be reminded to get some Krispy Kremes for the next morning. (That is, of course, if they last that long!)
