Hi there! I have been lurking lately so I have followed your PTR but haven't posted on the Dis much at all ( having a newborn will do that! ) So glad the kids liked their shirts!!!!!! And holy smokes, I am crying over here, so excited Korissa's wish is coming true/ Gail, I am sure you will be paid back many-fold for your generosity, karma has a way of doing that

I can honestly say that I have tears in my eyes after reading what Gail has done for your family. You all deserve it so much, and Gail is an amazing person for making it happen!!

I have had tears for a couple of weeks now. What everyone has done for my family is just amazing. We haven't had anything good happen to us this past year(including my husband can't find a job), but these last 2 weeks has made that up. The smiles on my kids faces are priceless and I thank everyone for making that happen.
Gail and her husband are truly an Angel.

Wow! What a day for Big Gives! Loved all the gift cards and shirts too. Such generosity will make your trip more enjoyable and memorable.

Thanks Kris for posting the video of the children! We both enjoyed seeing and hearing the excitement from them. Have a lot of fun on Korissa's wish trip! Take lots of pictures and videos! My husband said to tell the girls not to eat tuna before they get a kiss from the dolphin! Give the children our love and tell them they are welcome!

Gail...Thank you and your husband for doing this for our family. We have talked non stop about swimming with the dolphins. They are super excited. We all looked on the internet at the Discovery Cove. So much to do. It'll be one exciting day.

Thank you. I have shread many tears these last few weeks.

Tears were streaming down my face as I read how generous Gail was to give that gift to your family. How awesome. We also had a very special angel who did some things that made Catherines trip extra special. Words cannot describe how grateful we are when others are so generous to strangers.

Their are no words to say how grateful we are. I know we can say Thank you, but just doesn't feel enough. Everyone is making this trip even more special. I just wish we can give everyone real hugs. Gail and husband are our Angel.

Awesome BIG GIVES and pictures. They BIG GIVERS continue to amaze me how much they do to help wish families! The magic. They share can be felt! GOD BLESS THEM AND ALL THE WISH FAMILIES!

Congrats on the new baby!!! Wow! having a new baby and still giving. Thank you. The shirts are awesome. Steven wanted to wear his to school today...ugh...no. Not until after our trip.
I'm so glad Gail has become part of our family and I know the payback is one day we will meet in person.

I know how sad and despondent you were...what a way to change things around! Words can't express the emotion I feel at knowing that you have had such kindness and generosity from ALL of the BIG GIVE people. I am Thanking God for it all...Gift Cards, Pixie Dust, Good Wishes, Cards and Letters, Gift Cards, Custom Clothing, Kind Messages, Prayers and Now Discovery Cove...and extra days in Florida to cap it all off...NEVER think you are alone or that God has forsaken you...if you ever need a gentle reminder, you will just need to read this thread again...it is a joyful and happy day for me to read of the goodness and kindness of strangers and I hope it helps ease some of the pain you have endured with all of the medical challenges! It seems the entire familes DREAMS ARE COMING TRUE!! And in a BIG way!!!!

My tears have turned into happy tears. I just can not believe the generosity from strangers. They are all family too us now. They are HEROES in my book. To make my daughters dream come true is just AMAZING. From all the gift cards that we got...We will have many yes than no. The customs that my kids got/are... will be the best looking ones at Disney World(Ok..Taylor and Sami will be there, so 2 great looking famlies), and all the pixie dust we have gotten. The kids won't be bored on the plane and all the other little..or big goodies. How can you say thank you? God found this board for me and from that..I have many friends I just can't wait to be able to be on the other side... so others can feel the love like we are.

Can you not get one of the special backpacks for enteral feeding, through the company you got your pump from? I'm not sure what kind of pump you have, but I know there are mini backpacks for both the Kangaroo Joey and the Infinity pumps. We got one for Peanut, which is pink and it works awesome. It was made for her feeding pump, so there is a special spot for the pump, one to clip her feeding bag on to, a front pouch that opens so you can adjust the pump and not have to open the whole bag, its nice a small with padded shoulders and back too. There is a special hole on the bottom for the tubing to go through, and a double zipper if you'd rather use that. There is even a chest clip (mind you we don't use that much because it pushed on her port and hurts her). It looks like a normal backpack, which is nice because I didn't want something that looked medical. It wasn't cheap (I think it was 120$ ), but it was worth the investment.

This is the one we have, but ours pink.

Kristy...Is this from the Joey pump? My insurance won't pay for the Zevex one and it's $100 to buy(which we just don't have right now). We did get one a few years ago, but it's wearing down. I have felt so guilty that you were worried about money when I knew you had some gift cards coming, but I didn't want to ruin the surprise! And, I love the shirts you got too! I'm so glad you and Gail worked out the Discovery Cove trip too! and it's not over yet....

Korissa is going to love discovery cove it's like a little heaven away from all the other busy busy parks! I went there for a 21st birthday present it is amazing! Just don't do what I did lol.. when they step off the area they're standing playing with dolphin to do the swim the water gets deep straight away.. I went under oops! lol It's going to be an amazing day for them though

Yes, its for the Joey. It looks bigger in the photo then it is, its quite compact. We don't use it much at home, we use her IV pole more. But when we are out, we use the backback. Thats too bad that insurance won't cover it, ugh. They aren't cheap thats for sure. How a company justify charging that kind of $$ for something like that, is rediculous. I agree though that whatever you use has to be something they like. We added 2 things to hers, which she loves and the fact that its pink made it a winner in her books. lol! I hope you can find something soon.

Friday we got a Big Give and then Saturday. It was raining here on Saturday and our mailbox is down the street, so we didn't get the mail until yesterday.

The most awesome jewlery pouches. They can take all thier jewlery with them and it rolls up nice and small to put in suitcase.
