Kohls Cash.... help please?

Ugh...I hate Kohls cash.... But I got sucked in on a purchase (again)...but I didn't realize I had a whole 3 days to redeem the crappy thing!(3 days? really???) So,,,long story short I bought a higher priced item which doesn't fit and needs to be returned,and got 420 kohls cash- when I realized today that it expired- now what? I never used it- what do they do? I know If I used it it's the amount of kc less, but what about unused? tell me please I am not getting ripped off this amount when I return....

I'm confused somewhere between the item has to be returned and you got 420 Kohl's cash. Are you upset because the remaining Kohl's cash expired? I think I'm missing something. What exactly are you afraid is going to happen when you return the item?

Ok here's what I understood about the kohls cash.... I bought some items last week, got $20 kohls cash. I need to return part of the purchase,and knew that I could still use the KOhls cash,and no mater what I would get $20 less back for a refund,technically a store credit that I had to use,so overall a wash,right? now that I can't use the kohls cash (yes I am annoyed no end) what happens when I return the first item? am I essentially out another $20?

Ok..... I got my answer..... They have a quick response team I give them that.... email said If the KC is unredeemed,then They don't deduct that from my return price. Phew!

I think you are asking what happens when you return the item now, given that you never used the Kohls cash, right? You'll just get back the amount you paid for the item. It will be like the Kohl's cash never existed. If you HAD used the Kohls cash, then returned the item, they would give you back your money for the item minus the amount of Kohls cash that you had redeemed.

At $10 KC per $50 spent your bill would have had to have been $2100

Yes since I rarely even do the whole 'kohls cash' thing,I can't imagine spending enough $$$ to get $420 either
