Kohl’s pickup question

Not sure why but my kohl’s account always defaults to another store far from me. Well I ordered some stuff for pickup and saw on my email that it is being sent to that store again and too late for me to cancel. If I don’t pick the items up will I still be charged?

If you don’t pick them up in a certain amount of time your order will be cancelled

I think it gets cancelled after 3 days? I’ve ordered stuff that I ended up not needing and was refunded.

You have 7-10 days to pick up and get multiple reminders re pick up.

But if there's an option in your Kohls account to cancel the order (there usually is for pick up orders), just do that.

Once I actually showed up at Kohls to pick up something only to find out I was at the wrong store. I was literally at the counter to pick it up when they told me this I just wasn't paying attention to what I was doing when I ordered. I ended up going to another part of town to pick it up later.
