Know where my FAVORITE place in the world is, Mommy? I'm OUTTA HERE!!! Dude OUT!

Well that doesn't sound like a fun last day with the family :(

Love the suitcase story :) hehe... nesting suitcases hehe

Ehhhh....it's my family. We're all weird.

My brother and sister are kind of oblivious. I don't really blame them. I was just glad to spend some time with them away from my folks.

Angela it's not just your DH that can't pack mine can't either  And he knows this so doesn't even try :headache:

OMG what a pain your sister is going for a workout rather than eat with you!!!!!

At least you got all that luggage home :rotfl:

ok... so the carseats are identical.... oh well... that lady just had a bad day....

Good to hear all made it home safe and sound

Hey, do you remember the name of the food place? I'd like to try it sometime!

Which one?

The nice restaurant was Mosaic.

There were about 10 differetn cowboy cook out places up by our timeshare at Cave creek rd and schoolhouse. We were going to try, I believe Buffalo Chips (just because of the name, lol). But there are a bunch up there.

My Dh TRIES. he just stinks. I actually let him pack on the way TO wherever we are going (after I check what he's bringing), so that way, I know there will always be extra room for me to buy a few things when we go home, lol.

My sister really ticked me off with that one....but I couldn't complain too much, she helped babysit the night before (She was SUPPOSED to do all of it, but my folks ended up watching the kids for about 6 hours: 4 on one end and 2 on the other).

we were debating whether or not we needed to find a UPS drop off! I'm glad I ended up packing! :thumbsup2

Yeah, she was probably grumpy from the flight, but they still could have been nicer about it. Thanks! :)

So, in out ADRs and plans, we have some unplanned time on Thursday and Friday. We were planning on them just being "open" days where we could repeat any parks or even park jusp as the kids wanted.

WELL.

I heard abotu the Perfectly Princess Tea party, or whatever it's called, and thought about getting an ADR to take B there, while HHBG took S and made Lightsabers, or something.

Then I saw the cost. :faint:

I am already doing the uber BBB package for B this trip. I think we'll skip the party. I'll just buy her another princess doll while we're there, if she really wants one. (Do I really have to question this??)

Fifty-Seven Days. And I have basically nothing made. I have a busy month ahead of me.....:scared:

Busy isn't bad! I'm busy. I have an essay due on Friday I haven't started, 10 pages of math, and a Science report!

Oh and finding a stuffed animal. :flower3:

Ok, I don't know if anyone remembers this post, but I was re-reading it and laughing, so I wanted to update you on my progress for my post-surgery-drug-related goals for this trip (updates in Green):

I've been making, documenting, then chucking strange plans for our trip in April. Some of my ideas:

1. buy or make exclusively disney-themed items for trip. ALL items. disney clothes, accessories, luggage, etc etc etc. Problem: HHBG refuses to wear mickey underoos....even buzz lightyear is out. Doh! :headache:

Uh. We have WDW baby wipes, crocs for kiddos :sad2: , luggage tags, watches, and undies for kids. Kiddos will be wearing disney clothing. Thinking about making myself some, also.

2. FIgure out how to get the kids swimming without lifevests before our trip. Note: we have no pool membership and live in NY. Hmmm....

Not gonna happen. They loves their life vests.

3. Try to give a 4 and 5 year old ONLY disey dollars for Christmas and nothing else, but have no tantrums....yea, this one died a swift and painless death.

What she said. :lmao:

4. Lose 40 lbs by April, so I don't look like a fool in pics, and wear my stitch cling as a tank-strap accessory for entire trip...working on it. (will probably need to be closer to 10-15 lbs. I likes my junk food)

I've lost 8 lbs since posting this. :thumbsup2 15 seems like an attainable goal. Not bringing tank tops, most likely. I realized in AZ that I love my Old Navy Tee shirts. They're soft and look good.

5. Figure out good disney nail designs to have painted on for trip....must decide. right nw, am thinking either light blue with cinderella slippers, red with white dots and a micey head, or seeing if my nail lady can do stitch.

My nail lady has come to see my nails as an artistic challenge, and has promised to come up with something cool. I think that I'm goign to end up with red and black mickey heads, but you never know with this lady....

6. consider Stitch tattoo to go with my considerable ink. Too tasteless??

Not gonna happen. I wussed out of my last tattoo, also. I just need a break from the ink for a while. Maybe I'll get a new one in May at the tattoo convention.

7. consider buying small camper, use extra $$ from staying at FtW to extend stay to 2 weeks next year. try to figure out good excuse for school. Give up on excuse, as know nothing about camping. Consider anyway....could learn. Go back an forth on this 20,000 times. :scratchin

I'm actually going camping by myself for a long weekend in October. it will be a DIS meet. There's a link in my siggie. we'll see how it goes.

My scars didn't heal right, but I don't want to go back to the doc. Oh well. :)

9. commission giant disney belt buckle. Strut around WDW with giant belt buckle on cargoes. grin at gawkers. Convince everyone I actually AM related to rest of family. :ssst:

DUDE. You have to see the belt buckle I got for Christmas. I'll probably wear my "dude" one at WDW, though. I HAVE been considering getting one commissioned...It wouldn't be very much $$. :scratchin Stitch on a buckle. Hmmmm.....

10. count number of belt loops in pants. get lanyard clips or cell phone hangers, different for every day. Hang LGMHPCs from different characters to hand out.

Got the clips and LGMHPCs. Just need to label, hole punch, laminate, and pack. :thumbsup2

11. get as famous on DIS boards as UM or MDF. Have WDW paparazzi. shock family and friends. (RIIIGHT). :worship:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I have serious issues......

How about a pirate cruise for both children? Give you and DH some couple time.

So, I certainly worked myself into a funk at the end of that trip, didn't I?? :sad2:

I blame the total lack of sleep. :bitelip:

More cheery posting from now on!! ::yes:: :hyper:

I don't know how they'd do on that. we SHOULD get plenty of couple time when the kids are at the kids club almost every night (as long as they don't decide they hate it there). HHBG and I enjoy dinners together a lot, and are really looking forward to them.

I`m all caught up! :thumbsup2 Sounded like a interesting and exausting trip rolled into one! Nice to see your family again though I suppose.
Glad you made it home safely. You certainly timed your return just right. :hourglass

Who???? Me???? :rolleyes1:

Yep. I was in an odd mood yesterday.

Right now, I am procrastinating hard....:rolleyes1:

Lol, well, you got me for a little bit - I was trying to figure out who all those people were, and then realized you had changed your name when you quoted yourself...

Need more coffee...:surfweb: :coffee: :surfweb:

I agree about the cost of the tea.... I wanted to do till I saw price also... :sad2:

Sounds like some fun stuff planned... She'll love the BBB
