Know where my FAVORITE place in the world is, Mommy? I'm OUTTA HERE!!! Dude OUT!

Any constructive criticism should be given with love.

:grouphug: :grouphug:

Hooboy! :sad2: J is one of "those".

:p I think Jordan is awesome.

Thank you J and Ed for the hugs. I am over it. I wrote my dad an email telling him I was hurt by his email, and my mother called me tot ell me my father was upset with me. *sigh* whatever. I refuse to get into this passive agressive guilt mongering anymore.

Anyone got a cure for online video game addiciton. A sharp slap upside the head just seemed to tick him off....:rolleyes1 (the slap was a JOKE, sheesh!)

I was up LATE tonight watching American Gladiators! SWEET! I used to Love that show...still do. :rolleyes1 I wish I were in AZ at my brother's AG party. :(

While I was watching, I made some lunch ADRs and re-wrote everything in a notebook. I will post new ADRs soon. Probably tomorrow after kids go to school.

Need to get going on customs, too!!

It was awesome! I felt like such a kid watching it. I was glued to the screen. I even let the phone go to the answering machine, because it was i the other room, and re-called my friend during the commercials. :yay:

I WISH they would have televised the try-outs to make the show as a gladiator. :sad1: That would have been AWESOME.

OK, these are the new plans. Pretty similar tot he old plans....but I did put everything into a small notebook which HHBG has designated my Disney Planning notebook. :scared1: Not quite a binder, but....:rolleyes1

We still have a few things to do/figure out. Thursday and Friday are pretty much wide open right now. We'll probably get lunch ADRs while we're there, since we'll want to figure out which parks we'll go to then.

HHBG and I need to figure out a bunch of our post-dinner plans. One or two nights, we'll probably head, either to DTD and Pleasure island and/or to see fireworks. The kids are still too little to stay up for the fireworks, as evidenced by our most recent trip, and HHBg and I having to CARRY two unconscious kids (and all of our carryon luggage) through the customs lines. OOF! :scared:

Interesting note: When I called for ADR's yesterday, I had my choice of times for lunch at all of the restaurants I wanted. They were all WIDE open. :confused3 Are we eating at highly unpopular restaurants, or is WDW going to be (dare I say it??) relatively uncrowded??? I was/am planning for throngs of people. we are going during the kids' spring break from school. I'm SURE their school is not the only one out that week. I dunno. :confused3

I bought some sweet park shoes. Sole and support of a sneaker, but the top is a pair of maryjanes. They're so cute! Me likee.

As we all know, I am a shoe snob :snooty: These shoes are PERFECT for what I need!! :cool1:

Why, you may ask, did I buy them now? Two reasons:

1. They were ON SALE

2. I need to break them in!! No blisters for me! (I hope!!)

Woah. Triple post. ONCE on the "submit" button. I don't love the shoes THAT much. :rotfl:

I had an easier time with lunch ADRs myself.

I think with the DDP people want their money's worth and dinner tends to be more expensive.....that's just a guess on my part.

I am reposting this on MY PTR....

THis is a quick hit of my random playlist (from last night) on itunes pulling from my favorites (a list of about 300 songs):

Time warp - RHPS
Home - Michael Buble
The Lonely Shepherd - Gheorghe Zamfir
I'll Be - Edwin McCain
1985 - Bowling for soup
This Kiss - Faith Hill
Keep Holding On - Avril Lavigne
Bang Bang - Nancy Sinatra
Bodies - Drowning Pool
Will You Still Love Me - Chicago
Lacrimosa - Amadeus Soundtrack
Silent Lucidity - Queensryche
Famous Last Words - My Chemical Romance
Fat Bottomed Girls - Queen
The Baby - Blake Shelton
You'll See - Madonna
Time in a Bottle - Jim Croce
Iron Man - Black Sabbath
White & Nerdy - Weird Al
He Mele No Lilo - Lilo and Stitch soundtrack

After this finished, HHBG asked me what was wrong with me as far as music is concerned....:confused3

...course then he got to listen to my NEXT 20 songs. :rolleyes1

NOTE: there is a disney song on my list, therefore I am still on topic

also: the ipod will travel with me for on-plane entertainment

(I also have the entire 3 seasons (so far) of Bones on there.)

(oh, and LOTS of disney movies and PHD kids' shows, which is why we will be traveling with FOUR video ipods; 2 big ones and two nanos)

They need a "geek" smiley....:rolleyes1

Hmmm....maybe. This is probably a good thing, since I may tweak our plans and change the ADRs again....

It must be a slow time or maybe you're just quick to make your ressies. :confused3

Quick? It's January, and our trip's in April. I got Cindy's at only the 114 day mark (on my day of choice).

According to UG, the crowds should be somewhere in the middle (5-7 depending on day). When we were there early last May, they were about the same, so I am hoping UG is right....I guess my kids' spring break is REALLY late compared to most places. :confused3

I ran the numbers, and we are still saving without the DDP, even with al the extra TS meals.

Speaking of TS vs. CS meals....

Am I the only one who is pretty negative on CS in general?? When we were in WDW in May, we were disppointed with most of the CS meals we got, and we waited in HUGE lines. Now, I admit, we didn't eat at many, and LOVEd the one at AK. The parks were a cmpletely different story, though.

Are there good CS places for meals in the parks? Like ones you would recommend? Maybe I just always ordered the worst thing possible off of the menus?

We DO like TS for lunch, because it lets the kids (and parents) regroup, but I am not completely convinced this is the best bet, especially when the parks are crowded and lines for rides are long. Last year, they didn't mind so much not going on too many rides, but I think this year is going to be different.

Hmmmm.....

I don't know why ANYONE would think I am chatty. :snooty:

ESPECIALLY when I am avoiding the pile of at least 10 load of laundry, the messy house, and the 15 other errands I have to run....:rolleyes1

I just checked our school calander and our April vacation is from the 14th-18th,,,,

Yeah, ours is the following week. April 21-25. Even most of the northeast is earlier than this. :confused3

The only thing we're going to have to worry about is a few early closings for Grad night. Not a biggie, since the kids are DONE by 3 or 4 and must be hauled back to the hotel for pool-age and then kids clubs. The few times we tried staying later at the parks resulted in some pretty good melt-downs. :scared:
