So, DD wore her cinderella dress I posted earlier for her Holiday Concert at school today. I got a lot of compliments on it.

She has been going into my stash and trying to make a pile of fabrics for me to make her dresses out of...the problem is, she wants EVERY PIECE OF FABRIC!!

I do have 2 dresses half done I'll post pics of in a few weeks when they're finished. One is a blue dress for school, but the other is a pink "Ariel" dress. Hopefully she'll like it.

Oh, adn we got our air tickets in the mail today. Since we booked flight and rooms together, I figured we'd get everything together, but apparently we get our flight check-in tickets (whatever they'e called) early. I have never had actual tickets before,a s we always use e-tickets. Now I'm paranoid about losing them! I put them somewhere relatively safe, but we'll have to see. I'm afrad if I put them somewhere "really safe" I'll never see them again!!

Me neither!! They're weird. They have al of our names on them and stuff, but they say we need tot ake them to the check in window to check in. Why waste the paper when they can look up your name on the computer anyway?

SO, I cancelled my tattoo appointment in january. I'm just not ready for a sleeve yet. Second thoughts should ALWAYS be listened to when considering permanent body changes.

Unfortunately for HHBG, the tattoo was going to be my Christmas present. he now has 4 days to come up with a new one. I think he's going to give me the tattoo money for a shopping spree at JoAnn. The one here is in liquidation, and everything's 50-75% off. I'll probably go when we get back from vacation in January.

On another note, We watched 2 different Disney Holiday specials (One on the Food channel, one on Travel channel) and these words came out of HHBG's mouth:

"Hmmm...Disney really goes all out for the holidays, don't they? Maybe we should go see all the decorations one year."

HAH! I am converting him over to the dark side!!

So, I look TERRIBLE in lime green. I will not wear it.

A few months back, as a joke, I had my nails done in flourescent green. They looked really cool.

I think I'll do my nails in lime green for my two WDW trips to identify myself as a DISer.

I think I got the flu.

No fever, but my body hurts, I have had a headache for days, and my stomach is unhappy. NOT fun.

I still need to do laundry and pack everyone for our trip, as we leave on Thursday to spend NEw Years in Cayman.

Well, I need to go make a list for tomorrow. I forgot my uncle is coming by for Christmas eve Dessert, adn we let the kids eat all of the Christmas cookies.

Since no one in the family is here, and we are doing Christmas eve alone, we decided to have the traditional Italian Christmas eve dinner wth a twist.

Traditional Italian Christmas Eve dinner = Feast of the 7 Fishes

If you eat all 7 fishes you get good luck for the coming year.

Since we are all alone this yer, and going away on THursday, we have decided:

Feast of the 7 Fishes = SUSHI!

Yep: for our "traditional" Italian feast of the 7 fishes, we are getting a sushi platter with about 12 different fishes on it, and everyone will be able to eat their requisite 7 fishes and not be stuffed beyond full.

Traditional Italian Christmas day meal (at least in my family) of Antipasto, Manicotti, mose food than anyone should ever cook, and homemade Italian cookies up the Wazoo will be at my 2nd cousin's house on Christmas Day. I hope my stomach feels better!!
