momrek06 said:I love an ice cold beer any day....but that being said...I have officially switched to WINE. I still have an occasional beer but consume more WINE knowing the carb count is much lower in Wine than Beer.

Being a big big girl myself... if I lost a lot of weight, I wouldn't want people to say "Well you don't LOOK as small as you say you are". I have a huge frame. In high school I weighed 175 pounds. I wore a size 18. Girls my same weight wore size 14s.
I would believe she weighs that much, because that's probably about how I will look at 145 myself. It's all in your body shape... not just in how much you lose.
momrek06 said:Well, most of us here repling to this Thread, think she DOES look great but the BUT we have inserted into these sentences are because we do not think that 145 lbs. is her weight...
No one is flaming her or anyone that is POOH-size....(heck I esp am not going there for sure)...IF she is going to give her weight and it really is NONE of anyone's business the number BUT she has chosen to reveal it and quite frankly so many of us that have struggled with our weight and numbers...really do NOT think she is at 145. Personal experiences are why we have arrived at that reasoning. JMHO
RayaniFoxmur said:I don't think anyone's judging Pooh-sized people... but statements like the but statement are reasons why I tend to be scared of sharing how much weight I have lost at any given time. And I've lost a monumental amount of weight. I'm always scared of that but statement.
Just to give a little bit of background... I've always been a bit oversensitive about weight issues. Being a girl who WAS a size 18 and 175 pounds in high school I was labeled as "The Fat Girl" and told to my face that someone wouldn't go out with me because I was fat and ugly. I've had hypersensitivity to it ever sense. Then through a divorce and abusive situations as well as certain medication I skyrocketed to 380 and stayed there for about 3 years. It's only been recently I've been working to get it off, which makes the hyper sensitivity a bit worse.
I'm taking through my own personal experiences as well, which is why I do believe she's telling the truth. Though I had to sit and wonder... if I got down to that and stated it, would people talk about how I was "lying" as well... and it just got to me. I'm sorry.
