Anyone have any experience with either of these stroller rental companies? We are thinking about renting a double stroller and have heard of both. Thank yoU!

We have used Magic Strollers multiple times with great results. We rent a City Mini double.

We just used Simple Stroller Rental for a city mini double and would recommend. No issues.

We have used Orlando Stroller in the past and we will be using them on our next trip. The stroller has always been clean and waiting for us at our resort when we arrive.

We used Kingdom Strollers for our trip last fall. Everything went smoothly- it was waiting for us at our resort when we arrived and all I had to do was drop it off at the same place when we were done. If it tells you anything, there were probably 10 strollers waiting for pick up when we arrived and they were all Kingdom Strollers! So I'd say they are a very popular and trusted company. One caveat- our city mini double was a little more worn around the edges than the others (yes I compared) and the fabric was frayed in a couple spots, but it did not affect function of the stroller whatsoever and it was very clean (which is much more important to me!) We may have gotten an older stroller, but it still worked perfectly and I will definitely use them again for our trip this year.

I just officially reserves my strollers from Kingdom Strollers last night! I like that you can order a case of water. When searching, I also found that they had the most affordable insurance for the type of strollers I rented.

We have used Orlando Strollers twice and will again in November. It has been a great experience each time. :)

Have used Orlando Strollers....no issues. Rented City Mini Double, was in good condition, like new condition and clean. Waiting at our resort when we got there. Would use again. Have a good trip!

We used Kingdom Strollers last year and were pleased. The stroller they dropped off to us (City Mini double) did have a broken folding mechanism, but I called and they immediately made arrangements to swap them which went smoothly with no issue.

We have used Kingdom twice, they had the best pricing at the time (it included parents console, cooler bag for underneath and rain cover) and fantastic customer service. They brought us rain covers when we hadn't requested and our last trip one of the tires went lame and they came right out to swap.

We recently used Orlando strollers to rent a city mini double GT. It was in great condition. Ready at our resort when we arrived. We will be renting from them again in November.

We've used Kingdom strollers from their beta days and have always had wonderful service.

The one and only time I didn't use them was when Apple had the free renter promo when they first did strollers, even though it was free, it was a day late, just not what we were used to with Kingdom

Sorry to jump in here but rather than post a similar thread I said I'd ask here. If we rent from a stroller company like either of these and we are staying in a villa at Indian Creek for the first part of our trip and at the Poly for the second part how would we get the stroller when we arrive? And would it be ok to drop it back at the Poly or would we need to leave it where we collected it? TIA:goodvibes

We used Kingdom Strollers for a split stay this past July. Didn't have any issues with having a different pick up location from the drop off location. You can specify all that info on the website when you make the reservation. Overall we were happy with the rental and would recommend them.

My only complaint, which is not a complaint about the company, is that there were so many of the same model of stroller at WDW. Make sure and do something to distinguish yours from the crowd!!

Did the city mini double fit thru the gates at the park entrance? Also were you able to use it on the monorail or did you need to fold it up? Thanks for the help :)

We used Kingdom Strollers rented a Citi Mini Double.. no issues whatsoever. It was there when we arrived at 11 a.m.

We just got home. I debated between Orlando and Kingdom. I ended up going with Orlando Strollers, but wish that I wouldn't have. I didn't have any issues with them at all, but our stroller was really, really worn and dingy. It did the job, but all of the Kingdom rentals looked nearly new and a lot nicer!

We have used Magic Strollers multiple times with great customer service/contact. A few times they offered a "past customer, future discount" promo which made them easily the cheapest. We have also used Kingdom Strollers more than once and had a good experience (they seem a little more detached from customers than Magic Strollers). I pretty much will use whichever one is cheaper for our trip. I have no experience with Orlando Stroller because their prices are the same as Kingdom. Kingdom also can add a case of water to the stroller order and has a grocery order discount if you are planning to order groceries.

*Definitely find some way to distinguish your stroller, because many of these companies use the same model...and there is no way to guarantee your color. We used to have a very colorful bag hanging from the bar, so it was easy to spot. Now I take a colorful ribbon to tie on the handle where we can see it from afar.

There are not really gates anymore and where there is a gate, it swings wide for strollers. Remember, these strollers are no wider than a wheelchair. Anywhere that a wheelchair can fit, the stroller can fit (that's why most double strollers are under 30"...they fit in a standard doorway).

On the monorail, you can roll right on without folding. The same goes for a few of the boats. You will need to fold it on the smaller boats or on overcrowded boats and anytime you ride the bus.
