Kingdom Strollers/Strollers and Groceries?

We are traveling in May and have two toddlers so we were planning on renting strollers and having groceries delivered to BW. Has anyone used these, and if so, are they reputable?

Our double stroller broke the first night of our trip. We called Magic Strollers and they delivered a clean double stroller to OKW by the time we had finished diner. Very reasonable and clean, the next day they delivered a free rain cover (which we used). We've used garden grocer for food delivery. I haven't heard of kingdom...but others may post for that!

Thanks. I'm still debating on the groceries. With two young moms, we may end up getting a taxi and just shopping ourselves....

We used Apple strollers in December, and did not have a good experience. First one had whole and the second one had glitter everywhere. I would recommend Kingdom or Orlando.

We have rented strollers from Magic Strollers and Kingdom Strollers. Both have excellent customer service. The pricing between the two is very close, depending on the length of stay. Kingdom Stroller offers to deliver bottled water with your stroller, if you are looking for that.

I would strongly advise adding the damage/theft insurance with whoever you choose to use. There are lots of these strollers in the park, and they all look the same. We also used to take something to put on the handle that would make it stand out. We used a velcro neon yellow luggage handle cover, but I have seen some people use colored ribbons or scarfs. You should also get the rain cover. It is free and definitely comes in handy.

For groceries, we have used Garden Grocer. They do a good job. They didn't bring one of the items that we ordered, but were able to bring it the next day. It looks like Kingdom Stroller has some sort of discount for Strollers and Groceries. Since Kingdom Stroller is very good, I would think that the grocery service they are working with does an equally good job.

OP: just to let you know, Magic strollers (the place granny speaks of) is owned & operated by the same people who give amazing service at Owner's Locker. i cannot recall hearing or reading a single complaint about OL in the years they've been operating - just lots of accolades :thumbsup2

btw, we aren't affiliated with OL - just (more) very happy customers :)

I agree with this statement 100%! We have had an Owner's Locker for 2 years now, and love our locker and the excellent service that John and his crew provide. Magic Stroller also gave us great service when we used them for one of our trips.

The reason we used Kingdom Stroller on other trips is that the price was lower for the length of our stay and the time to return the stroller on departure day was later than what Magic Stroller offered. The service from Kingdom Stroller was as good. I have no problem endorsing either of these stroller rental services.

Effective in the past few months, Disney changed their policy regarding which companies can leave strollers in the baggage rooms for guests. They've created a list of approved vendors, and only those companies can use the baggage rooms. (They did something similar in 2012 for wheelchairs and ECVs.) Whichever company you go with, factor that into the decision. If you go with a company that isn't on Disney's approved list, you'll have to be there to meet them and pick up/drop off your items in person directly with the rental company.

Someone can correct me if my info is out of date, but I believe the three approved companies are Kingdom Strollers (mentioned by the OP), Magic Strollers (mentioned in replies above), and Orlando Stroller Rentals.

We've used Magic and Kingdom and both were great. I think we went with Kingdom because we like the Bob rather than the baby jogger.

Kingdom is also the only company that does crib rentals at Disney now with drop off service. But reserve early as we couldn't get one for our November trip and had to use another company.

My DD and DSon-in-Law liked the CityMini from Magic Stroller so much on Abby's first trip that's the stroller they decided on! And service from John's wife couldn't be better! Here's my princess Abby princess:
