Kinda different ticket question

I am at Disney and have a 4 day pass which I have not used yet. I have a friend who works for Disney and he has offered to take me into the parks as his guest. Currently I have my tickets on MDE with my FP selected. I am assuming the FP will not work when entering with him because they are tied to my tickets? If I am wrong and they might work, would I be in danger of my ticket showing used even though I did not enter with it? Hope these questions make sense to someone.

Currently you do not have to use a ticket for park entry to use its FP entitlements.

Just make sure your admission is charged to the correct ticket.

You'll enter the park by using a CM Guest Pass. Use your own ticket to access the FP lines.

Your friend can pre-book FPs for the Guest Pass by using his MDE account.

So if I use the FP on my ticket will it count as an entry on my ticket even though I did not enter with it?

No. When at a FP line, the system only checks FP data. Ticket entitlements remain intact for future park visits.

Be very careful! I had two tickets registered on MDE, and it took days off the one I wasn't using - even though I used the other ticket for park entry and fastpasses. Since the cast member's ticket won't be registered on your MDE, hopefully you'll have no problems.

@myjourney won't have any problems with his ticket entitlements as long as the Guest Pass is used to enter the park. Guest Passes cannot be linked to a regular guest's MDE profile so there is no way a regular entitlement can be deducted. myjourney is good to enter with a Guest Pass and use his own FP entitlements.
