Kids Disney Boutique / Customs Clothes

I design and sell custom clothing too. I have had many customers tell me that they trust my judgement, and to just do what I think will be best, or to design their outfit as I would for my daughter. I have NO problem doing this, but I also will send pictures EVERY step of the way. Fabric choices, colors, appliques, placement, style, EVERY step of the way. My idea of what is gorgeous may not be your idea of gorgeous, but you had better believe I will always know what your idea is before I cut anything, lol! Each outfit I make takes a lot of time and I want to be sure it will be perfect for each customer.

I have made a couple of JoJo outfits I have made in the past...and my idea of what screams JoJo is very different, lol! Everyone has their own ideas....

You said this very well, better than I did. I used to do custom work myself, which is VERY stressful, and it is best to include the customer in every aspect of the project. I would never mean to make fun of work someone else put their time and effort into. And hopefully I haven't done that. :) If the seller is really concerned, she will go out of her way to make it right with you. :goodvibes

One thing to note, there are a lot of people on here who do like this outfit and would buy it for their child. The seller should be happy to know that it was a big hit with others. Its hard to please everyone because we all have individual tastes. And it looks like the outfit is put together just as well as the NBC outfit, just not the colors you would have chosen. :confused3

Oh, and if you think THAT EURO FAIRY GUY IS SCARY:scared: , you should see my ex husband! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I do have someone interested in the outfit so it will be used. The workmanship is not less of the NBC set (that I can tell but I don't sew!).

Thats great and hopefully you will recoup enough to buy another one. :thumbsup2
It looked like it was sewn just as well as the other one. So it should be a good outfit for whoever buys it.

But now that your dh knows your secret boutique buying habits you may need to make a large purchase of ice cream before attempting to buy anymore items. :rolleyes1 ;)

Hi everyone..for those of you who bought the pink Mickey fabric, I would love to see what you have come up with. Come on, post those pictures. Hahaha. I bought some of that material but am not sure what I want to do with it. I need some ideas!!! Hahahaha! :confused3

Well, I'm officially obsessed! :rotfl: Here's the next in the lineup - this awesome purple princess sparkly toile fabric. It's a little big on her now, but should be okay by Dec.

I still have the colorful princess fabric, some pooh toile, tinkerbell and just got fabric for Animal Kingdom yesterday. Now, what to start next . . .

I love this fabric! Out fits using this fabric usually go for quite a bit on e-bay. I bought 3 yards, a pattern for a dress, and handed all to my mother (who EVERy year made us Halloween and Easter outfits, and sis and I used to win awards every year) and said PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I let out a loud gasp about your adorable daughter and the outfit, all my kids rushed over (even the 15yo!) and said, "AWWWWW!!!"

TOOOOOOOOOO Cute!

Is anyone else having trouble seeing pics? I can't see them, and I want to see them.

Bummer!!! I'll try again later.

Hi, all,
Does anyone know how to attach the bottle caps to the necklace?

Also, does anyone have directions for making a hankerchief skirt? I have an idea but I can't figure out how to do it.

And one more question... doers anyone have a link to bow making directions? I thought there was one on here but I can't find it.

Thanks!

I have a few bookmarked:

Hope the links work now!

NO not just you. The censor apparantly has gone puritan big time too. It wont let you post the word ***puter <<<substitute the first 3 asteriks for letters in your head:confused3

Link was removed because someone here reported me to the mods for posting a link to an auction. Sorry about that, I misunderstood the rules.

I don't think someone here would have reported you, several of us had post removed last week due to auction links or telling everyone we had something for sell on ebay! Anyway, that's my opinion.:goodvibes

I thought I had accidentally changed some setting on my ***puter! I'm glad it's not just me. Ok, no, I'm not glad, but at least I'm not going crazy!

Good. I'm glad it's not just me. I was also wondering why everyone was typing, "wel***e" and things like that.

I'd link ya to the other tread on the filter problems......but it wont even let you link within the site.... No . c o m's or even the word d o t. Hmm...wonder if the periods will show up?

Well guess they do ....I will be back later when my brain doesnt hurt so bad from having to play fill in the word puzzles.
