It looks much cooler in person!

Uh Teresa....I think you pronounced it wrong...According to my DD it is called Wickedy Wack!!
Geez...don't you know anything....:rotfl:

:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: I stand corrected!!! :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:
OOOhh...WAY cool! I'm willing to bet our brother would really like it, too!
I will NOT make David a Buzz Lightyear glow in the dark spiral skirt! :snooty:

I am so impressed you remembered Teresa's REAL name!
You are a snotty little booger tonight!
I bought some glow in the dark nail polish at Waldemort and it is GREAT! I painted my nails with it 2 weeks ago and I still get scared at night when something's glowing by my face!
First, :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl: about scaring yourself!!!!!
Second, why was your sister not privy to this glow in the dark nailpolish information????????

WELCOME!! (I'm too lazy to look through the smileys for the fancy welcome, but my heart is in it- really!)
I was going to post the same thing, but I got too lazy to type that much! Call ME Miss lazy mclazen

(and, I am so lazy that I just copied and pasted that from a chat Heather and I are having right now!!!)

I figured I'd share my new spot for tulle for tutus. I just bought the stuff to make Mya one of those long fairy tutus and I got a 100 yard role from www.efavormart.com

I bought the tulle (100 yrds), 1 1/2 inch grosgrain ribbon in a maching color (25 yards) and with shipping it was only $17 something....super cheap!!!! I think shipping was around $5 so each roll was less than $4!!!! I'm pretty sure my tulle was $3.99 so that makes it an unbelieveable $0.039 per yard. I'm sure no ja's coupon can beat that! It took about 5 days to arrive.

Thanks, that does sound really cheap! I added it to the bookmarks too.

Oh my gosh, how cute!! I love it! Are you wanting some pants to go with this outfit? If you do, you could just add a little ruffle to the bottom of some jeans. That would be cute.

Heather's Minnie Dot Fabric-

I have an idea. If no one has claimed it here is my thought. Send the fabric to me and I will make a dress for a winner. You can collect names and randomly select someone. I will then make a dress for a lucky little girl. If it is okay I would love to do this especially since Heather did something really nice to surprise my girls. I would like to pass the kindness on.
That's really sweet of you! But, the fabric has been spoken for. Two people PMed me and they each wanted a yard. It'd still be a cool idea if someone else had some extra fabric laying around!

I'm thinking you all should have a meet up in May, like sometime between May 3-May 17. ;)

YES!! Meet up between May 3-May 17!! I'd really like to meet some cool Disers! I've only met one other Diser at WDW. We were in line to get on the bus at POP. She had on a t-shirt I recognized from the Disign board, so I asked if she was a Diser. First she looked at me really weird and then she said she got the design off the disboards. But, she didn't want to have any more to do with me. :confused3

I've looked at the patterns and everyone is using them, but are they easy enough for a beginner? They are kinda expensive and I would hate to pay for something I can't do! My husband would probably KILL me for even thinking about paying that much for a pattern, but what he doesn't know won't hurt him, right?:confused3 I really like the double layer twirl skirt but just didn't know if it would be easy enough for me. TIA for your advice!

Thank you and yes!!! Thank you that is a great idea!! Her birthday is November 8th and its outside so she might need some pants. Thanks for the idea:)

4. You really are Miss Lazy McLazen. People may think you're kidding, but you really did just copy and paste that from a chat we're having right now.

I think they are pretty easy, but I don't think they are worth how much they charge.

If I saw you in the parks, I'd run up and give you a big hug!

Laughing so hard I have tears :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

I haven't looked for the minnie dot fabric at our walmart but I'm sure it is all gone by now. Besides I just don't think I can take on any more projects. Except I was going to look for some to make a couple bows to put on the existing projects. Like applique them on the mickey head sort of thing. But I could always use ribbon for that- Do they make red w/ white polka dot ribbon?? Well they better, Right?!?!?!

I know! 10-15 dollars for a pattern is alot! Especially when I have to try and justify it to my hubby! If you haven't figured out we are a one income family! And with TWO GIRLS that is sooo hard!! I always want them to be dressed sooo CUTE! Hence the reason for teaching myself to sew!!!:rotfl:

Exactly which hilarious thing are you laughing about?:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: We are so funny, it's hard to tell sometimes!

Well I would never laugh at someone being physically hurt, but the comments of the dr. and your mom while they were "patching" you up had to be hilarious and it makes a good story for your sister to spill, I'm just glad my sister isn't here or I think there would be real trouble.

The scarying yourself with the glow in the dark fingernails really got me rolling, I couldn't even repeat it to my DH with out having "fits" of laughter.

Teresa, we are really pathetic...
I know, I know!!! But.... VHF!!! We made them laugh Heather!!! Woo hoo
AND this time, they were laughing WITH us!!! VHF! (we just made that up, it means Vitual High Five)

I always feel like I am butting into the middle of conversations. ;) Anyway I can design knit stuff. If I was going to make a Mickey head one I would do it as intarsia instead of swiss darning. I don't like the extra bulk. Ooooooo a mickey head/hidden mickey fair-isle design would rock!

oooh I would love that!! I have never done fair-isle, but sooo want to try it out. Right now I am working on a pumpkin hat for my dd to wear for her fall carnival at school. And then a cap type thing I am just gonna design myself for her Belle costume for Halloween. and I figure she could wear it when we go to Disneyland next month!

You two really are FUNNY!:rotfl: yOU CRACKY ME UP! Okay now I'm saying it!!!!:lmao: It is soo nice to see sisters who love each other soo much!!! I hope my girls are as close as you guys!

You should know, we are mushy too, and saying things like that could make us start crying! We really are best friends. If you don't believe me look at my signature picture!
