This is my first attempt at my version of the tulle twirl skirt - don't even ask me how I did it, I still don't know

I figure, for the one day they will be wearing them in the park, it's good enough!!!

Awesome! Is that pattern on this thread somewhere? Anyone know the post # ?

Thanks to everyone who posted about the shorts pattern/problem. I will try again and see if I can make them work. Maybe I'll have more pics to post in a few days.

We're going to Disney again August 22 - 26. Yep, leaving the day free dining starts. :sad2:

When we went in April, lots of people came up to my girls, asking about their dresses. They wanted to know where I bought them. Aurora asked about the dresses, too. She was very nice. And, a side note, Prince Phillip was there. It was the first time I saw him.

Chantell

I know Joanns had some and I think Walmart did also. Sometimes they hide their fabric in weird places, so always ask the clerk if they have any mickey fabrics.
I bought mine at Joann's. They told me it was not being reordered. I made 3 matching halter tops for my DD and 2 nieces. The colors are a little brighter than the picture shows. I matched them with lime green shorts.

Thanks! The directons are on page 163, post #2444 - have fun!

I have to say, working with tulle is one big PITA!!

We love bows in our house to.. All the teachers look forward to everday to see what one she has on..

How do I know if my signature is too big? I was reading on the other board but I am pretty not with it when it comes to stuff like that!

It would be nice of someone to go through and collate them all and write something on the first page. This could be really useful. I have seen this kind of thing done on the room views thread or the pictures of Disney food thread.

Any takers? I feel really guilty for suggesting this as I am busy with 3 kids home from school plus a little boy I babysit in the summer.

:lmao: I'm not being a taker but I *just* said this same thing to DD regarding pictures! She's at daycamp all this week and there were some pictures I wanted to show her, so I had to keep guessing as to what page and scrolling. I mentioned it would be nice if they were all listed on one page at least with a page number of the first time it's posted. :lmao:

I suppose I could attempt it but this thread moves so fast, I'm not sure I could keep up. ;)

It's too tall and too many bytes. Reduce it to 200 pixels in height and it might fix the byte problem.

What a cutie though!

I know it isn't clothes, but I'm so excited. A while back, someone sent me a template for an autograph album. It has over 100 characters and today I finally got it cut and bound with the coil binding. Office Max did it for 5 dollars.

It was ME that sent you that! I'm so proud. It's like sending my baby off to college!:rotfl:

Now if only I could get something done with it! I have had it saved on my desktop for like 6 months!!!

That is really cute. I had wanted to do one too but no one was willing to share the templates. I asked on two different of the threads and this one. Oh well.

Sorry!!! I though I had sent it to everyone that asked:scared1: PM me with your e-mail, and I will get it to you !!

that is great. the tulle work is great. how did you get it to perfectly fall like that?

A question for those of you going in the cooler months.

Are you planning warmer outfits, or just doing with something you can layer underneath if needed? Everything I want to do is designed for warmer weather (which it could be in Fla.)

It is awesome - did you use regular computer paper to print the template out on?
