I have looked for this answer everywhere. What are thier choices? I know that my kids wouldn't pick a Salmon sandwich with leek soup ;)
 
I think it is similar to what is at dinner: Pizza, ravioli, chicken breast, or hot dog. Also, there is a buffet with cheeses, fruit, cold salads, and bread.
