This is when I lowered the final and solidifying hint: Yeah, one day will be fine at Disneyland this December because just think how awesome our 10 days will be at WDW next December for Chloe's birthday and Hanuukah.

He says: yeah, it's going to be great; where are we staying again?

Unless he's playing me like a violin and I am just realizing it. Either way, I am going to WDW baybee! Only a little over 3 months and I can make our DVC reservations. :woohoo:

How are you? Update yet?

Tru dat. One Monday I came in and everything was firewalled, like Expedia, the DIS, my world crashed around me.

I am the airfare finder of the psych unit.

I went to my boss and told her she can kiss her great deals goodbye if the firewalls continue.

Later that day, I could sidestep.com my little heart out.

:rotfl2:

:thumbsup2

Explain please.................popcorn::

I was sincere. It's obvious you are very devoted to your hubby and family. ::yes::

:lovestruc 437 days!!! :lovestruc

So I have a huge update. Like totally cool update..................

DH has agreed to go on the trip.

We have this little vacation dance we do. All marriages have their own choreographed dance they do with regard to certain subjects if not all whether it be where to go for dinner or when and where should we vacation next. The vacation dance is the one I do best. :dancer:

So.....when we got back from Disneyland in June, I started dropping hints about next December in the form of I can't wait to stay at SSR and it feels like forever since we have been to WDW and wouldn't it be fun to really enjoy WS like we should have last May......

Fast forward to today and 4 months of mad hinting inlcuding a PayPal debit for the 2011 Pasporter. We had been talking about the possibility of us going to Maui this Novemeber (super long story) and then we started talking about Thanksgiving and Vegas and So Cal and the one day we are going to spend at Disneyland to see it all dolled up for the holidays.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

Alexia loves the Dumbo picture.

Thanks! I love seeing Gabby act like a kid. She's so a teenager now.

How's your weekend?

My weekend is going good. Just spending time catching up on the Dis and I am looking forward to babysitting tonight. The kids go to bed at 8 and then I get the rest of the evening to myself. :cool1:

I am still babysitting. I am just catching up on the dis. How was your day? Did you do anything exciting?

Two soccer games, dropped Gab, Chloe, and some of Gab's teammates at Lagoon (a local amusement park), and now just chilling waiting for them to be dropped off in about an hour or so. I did take Joshua and one of Gab's friends (who didn't want to go to Lagoon) to dinner at a local place called The Prairie Schooner. Think indoor covered wagons, meat, and lots of dead stuffed animals. Kinda quirky with decent food.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I am watching The Blind Side now. The Prairie Schooner sounds like something they would have around here. Lexi is starting to connect the meat comes from animals. The other night we had chicken for supper and she asked if the chicken we eat is the same chickens we see at the farms. I said yes and she said ok and dug in. :rotfl:

Hope you have tissues- The Blindside is a tear jerker and fabulous movie. One of our family's favorite.

 Smart girl that Lexi. :thumbsup2

I will have to go get the tissues.

I was a little worried because she loves animals but it didn't phase her in the least.

:rotfl2: Now once you have chickens in your backyard- it becomes a challenge.

I know, when I was growing up we had pigs. The first set of pigs we had my db and I made into pets. Well they were taken to slaughter and my db and I cried and cried. They next spring when we got the new set we did not make the mistake of making them into pets again. I still remember how good that meat tasted though. There is nothing like home raised meat or any food for that matter I tell ya.

 Heartbreaking. I cannot imagine eating a pet. DH always teases that we are going to eat the chickens but he is a big softy.

Hunting is BIG here in Utah, like BIG. The first year we moved here he thought he'd try deer hunting with his father. Of course he shot one and brought it home as instructed. He said that right after he shot it and went over to it he started to cry after realizing what he had done.

My dad warned us not to make them pets because he bought them to raise them as food. We used to sit in the pen with them when they were still small. Once the got big and turned the pen into a pig pen then we just sat on the fence and watched them.

My dad is a hunter so we ate deer meat growing up. Though I never did care for it and would usually just eat a sandwich or something else.

I have tried dear meat about 20 different ways and I just don't like it either.

The only way I liked it was as jerky and that was because then it didn't taste like the deer just the marinade my dad used to flavor the meat.
