Kidani villa? or two..

Our Nov trip is AK Kidani 2 bedroom savannah view. Are their dedicated floors for these room types or are the scattered throughout, any advice on bestarea would be appreciated. We are really looking forward to a resort, relaxing kindof week.We have our own car so I am not worried about transportation, although we may use it for MK and of course AK. We have only visited Jambo for dinner at Boma, and checked out the pool @ Kidani, the room pictures look gorgeous. Also when or where can I find out in advance any kid activites while there as well. We do plan on walking to Mara for CS on occasion.Any suggestions. TIA

We are at Kidani now in a one bedroom. The different size rooms are scattered through out. We have a car & park it right under our room section which is Rafiki. We have a standard view booked but we got lucky and are facing the savannah and the pool area. When you check in they give you the sheet with list of activities for both Kidani and Jambo. Today our kids did the cookie decorating and then some crafts at community hall. There is a website that has a same of the activity sheet posted I believe it's something like AKLinfo. Just google it. We arrived on Wed for a 8 day resort only trip and we are loving it! The resort is beautiful!

Oh one more thing if you don't feel like walking to Mara there is a shuttle van that goes between Kidani & Jambo every ten minutes. Also there was a DJ by the pool & there were games & contests going on & it's was a lot of fun!

I apologize for hijacking your thread, but Desnik, since you are there right now, I've got a couple questions. We're staying in a 1 bedroom @ Kidani in October. Do they give you coffee in the rooms, or do you need to bring your own? And what size filters do I need to bring, standard, or small ones.

Also, we plan on bringing pancake mix...is there a skillet and spatula in the kitchen?

It's a regular Mr Coffee so regular size filters will work. There are 2 packets of regular coffee & 1 decaf. I would bring my own if I were you. They also have small packs of sugar & splenda & coffeemate. Again I would bring my own. I just looked in all the cabinets & am really surprised there is no skillet or spatula! It's strange cause the shop in the lobby sells pancake mix & syrup! Maybe it's suppose to be in here but just isn't in our room?
We are having a great time & this truly is the best resort IMHO!!!
