Keys to Kingdom tour with a 10 year and 13 year old?

Would we be able to take our 10 year old daughter and 13 year old son on the Keys to the Kingdom tour?

No, for the majority of the tours, you must be age 16 or older.

Actually, I believe it is only for the backstage tours that you have to be 16 and older. I know Mickey's Magical Milestones is 10 and the Family Magic tour has no age limit I believe. But the KTTK is 16 and up, unfortunately.
